Hidden cost not disclosed to me until 2 days after move. First, they charged me twice. When I spoke with the owner he acted like he didnt know I paid cash. But deposited my money same day. Charged my debit card. Tells me to call Monday to resolve the overpayment issue. When I call Monday about the issue.. Then when I called, Oh, there is a balance!?!The moving supervisor told me the day of the move that the company in fact owed me money. I see on the company reviews its not the first time charging hidden fees. I made sure to let the company know the day before the move that I would be paying cash. Vey bad communication. The owner doesnt care! He says h*** discipline the girl ****** that I talked to on the phone.I could care less who he (****) disciplines. Its wrong to first of all charge you twice then I was told I didnt use my whole time up so money should have been returned to me on Monday. Moving is stressful, people like this should not be taking advantage of people! He (****) then says I should have read the agreement. I verbally spoke to this company several times. When the moving supervisor arrived he made me sign like 5 times. Of course I didnt read everything. I trusted this company. I also trusted a supervisor who said I didnt use my whole time up. I beyond disappointed that theres people like this. Save the headache go with someone else.

I hired CR Moving Services for a local move and was absolutely blown away at how easy everything was! From getting the estimate and setting the date and knowing the plan ahead of time, to the day of, everything went smoothly. The close date on my house was moved by a week, and the company was able to seamlessly switch the day I had booked with absolutely no hassle, which was a huge relief! I was really impressed with the customer service, and on the day of the move the two men who showed up were absolutely wonderful. Really professional, friendly, nice, I just can't say enough good things about them. They handled all my furniture with care and did an amazing job, and helped us ********* ** in our new home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
