Id like to cancel my recent auction invoices. The website has the BBB accreditation, which cant be legal if they are not! I also discovered that they are using false appraisals from a company no longer in business.Initial Complaint

I placed a bid on govermentauction.com which I found is auctionking.com and govermentauctionluxury.com for 2 pieces of land. 10 acres and 20 acres that I was going to pass down to my three children. I won the bids, provided my personal information, and signed these contracts. The website appeared to be legit and I'm very disappointed I found out it was a scam. I am also very concerned I paid money already, a down payment, plus my first payment that was due on May 1st. I am requesting a refund for the fees I paid and I will be putting fraud alerts on all of my accounts. What tipped me off is that I received confirmations for the payments made and the verbiage in the emails was poorly written. If it was indeed a legitimate government website they would not send out confirmations in that manner. I would need a full refund of the payment I made and also the contract canceled ASAP. What tipped me off is the information on this page and I did research and nothing is legitimate about this. I am a mother that was buying land to pass down to my children, one of which has special needs, and I found out this was a SCAM! Unbelievable.Initial Complaint

I purchased items on an auction but then read some BBB complaints where they artificially inflated the value of items, ******************. I bought a bracelet that has a supposed $29000 value but its worth less than $3000. Secondly, I purchased a framed record album that was never sent. On multiple occasions Ive emailed the customer support to complain and to get what Ive paid for but have never received a response or even an acknowledgement. There is also no response from the telephone number listed.Please help!
