I gave booklet of spa tickets to my husband. The tickets were redeemable for a head and foot massage at New Happy Day Spa. Our tickets said they do not expire and do not have anything about the business being able to change the terms. The spa was trying to sell ticket booklets to guest so they would buy multiple tickets up front at a cheaper price for future use. My husband broke his back and could not use the tickets for a period of time. When he was better we tried to use the tickets. There was a new owner and he said he cannot honor the tickets, as that was what the previous owner offered. He said if wanted to use the tickets we would have to pay an extra twenty dollars. Even when combining the tickets he was still charging us extra for to use the tickerts. The new owner was still offering the ticket booklets for sale. The new owner was not honoring the tickets that we had bought for their value and was trying to charge us more, not only negating the discount but charging us more than what we bought the tickets for. He said not his issue and that the issue was with the previous owner that he bought the massage place from.Initial Complaint

I booked a appointment online for 9/5/2022 which was a birthday gift to myself for 120 minutes $105 price was quoted. I requested a women. I had confirmed what I wanted several times as he kept asking confirmation call and again when I arrived. When I got there he said he did not have a women available for me. I had to take a man which I was very uncomfortable with. I was disappointed they didnt to fill out a waiver or questionnaire of my spots I would of liked to focus on. While I was getting undressed the guy kept trying to come in within 3 minutes of me being in room 5x ******* me as I had to repeatedly say please wait I am not ready I was still getting undressed. During my massage the guy massage my **** more than anywhere I said no please. He pressed so hard on my back and ribs my side has been killing me still. He also finished early. So after I was finished I proceeded to pay I paid my $120 which I asked if the tip was included because I was quoted $105 he ignored me. The receptionist ******************* said are you going tip very loudly and rudely embarrassing me in front of another customer that just walked in. I did not want to put any extra on my card as I spend what I could. ******************* yelled at me he spent two hours you cant tip humiliating me in front of other customers. I was there for over 2 hours and was so thirsty as it was so hot. I replied maybe next time.I asked if my elderly mother and I may have a water. ******************* shewed me away rolled his eyes and said NO I replied we cant have a *************** water he replied and said the waters are for people that tip. I replied you are so unprofessional and I was goin give ***** some cash tip but I will not be coming back. And I walked out with my elderly mother. As I got into my car is heard ******************* charging oustide at me in a rage screaming Couldnt hear everything he was saying because ***** started shoving him back in the office. Im traumatized did not deserve this
