Hi my name is *************************. I have a 2006 Dodge Charger. I decided to give a better look to my interior;so, I went to this shop and ask for prices. The owner, ****** gave me a quote of $2600 for complete interior. I dropped it off and ***** asked me for half the money for deposit.A month pass and he told me my vehicle was ready. I went there rear seat belts did not work anymore. The material on the rear seats were not done properly. The visors were not covered and the sunroof was not working anymore. I told ***** about the issues he said come back in 2 days he will finish it. Two days passed, I called he was not answering or returning my calls. Four more days passed, I showed up to the shop and spoke to him about why my vehicle was still not done. ***** told me that he ran out of material and to give me a couple more days.He asked me for the rest of the payment.I gave him a full week with me not calling him. ***** called me and stated the car was ready. I went there and nothing was done. ***** was not there . I was told by his cousin, I could take my car. I left the car again and told the cousin, to please fix it. By this time, I have paid for everything and my vehicle was not done. I gave him another week and i went back and my car was dusty and just sitting there. I spoke to him stating i was going to take my car even though he did not finish it. I asked for the keys he said they lost it. I went home to pick up my spare key. Went back did a once around look at the car and saw they hit my driver side fender.I turned on my vehicle my airbag light was on. At this point I just the *** to help me get half my money back for the damage of the fender, them losing my original key, damaging my sunroof and still needing the head visors,seat belts and the back seat fixed.Customer response
