Ok first of all I had inquired about a ****** and a ***** that I just seen on the internet for some reason the ***** was no longer there when they said it was but then not only that they insisted they only had this ****** 2019 with 37k miles available for $8,000 ***** down. Then they proceed as I'm filling out the application once I get there because I already applied online they he proceeds to tell me you know this car is a hydrogen fueled vehicle right. No I didn't and he proceeds to tell me oh no don't worry about it it's just some way to keep the world clean you know smogging issues and there's a pump everywhere all over ********** area ********* all you got to do is look it up and it turned out I did look up a hydrogen and all these gas stations pulled up but when I really got down to it drove to half of them I found out that no they're not hydrogen there's only one in ********** it's in West sac has one pump and it could be a 5 to 10 hour wait to use that one pump and it's now broke so I only got to put fuel in it once and since then I've had two you got to see dealership problems one with the ion filter and then another one is now the tire light is on it won't go off. The fact is I made every effort to keep this car believing in their life thinking that I can feel it up anywhere cuz I have to go to work everyday and it turns out I haven't been able to drive the car since the pump is broke so with saying that I feel like I was misled and they lied to me and I like to get my money back or possibly another car .

I attached a statement of facts showing the customer signed and wrote they are keeping there 2019 toyota mirai this complaint is done and over with

We gave her the option to trade it in. She came in and spent 2 hours trying other cars. At the end she decided to keep her car and that's why we had her sign a paper stating that.

      Thank you

Three months ago I bought a ****** Tacoma. There was some damage on it that I pointed out to the salesperson. He said that they would take care of it no problem, so I signed the paperwork. I got the truck and I was told to call them the next day. Well, I called for three days in a row and nobody would respond to me. Nobody would give me a call back despite telling me that someone will reach out to me. Finally I get a hold of the repair person. His name is ***** and he simply tells me that hes too busy. He cant work on it. Well I said thats fine. Just give me a time and date and Ill drop the truck off if you need it for a couple days thats OK, he said to call back I spent the next week calling back and getting nothing so I left a negative review on ****** since they lied to me then they decided not to send me my license plates and they still have them till this day my temporary registration has expired. I went to *** three times and they confirmed that they sent it to their address anytime I called the dealership I talked to ****** I talked to emoji and they keep telling me that its not here. Well, thats a lie. Theyre simply keeping it because they refused to fix my truck and they dont like the fact that I left them a negative review maybe if they kept their promise I wouldnt have left a negative review I want my license plates that legally belong to me.

I just spoke to ***, the floor manager at M&S Auto. Probably one of the most unprofessional, not customer service friendly people I have EVER spoken to. We bought a Jeep from this SHADY car lot last week. It was advertised as having an upgraded Alpine stereo system with a cost of $1295 (photo attached). We purchased the jeep, but I signed for it and then my partner came a few days later to sign himself and take the Jeep home. When my partner got there, he noticed the upgraded stereo was not in the jeep. Before he signed he mentioned it to *****, the sales associate. He told my partner "he would see what he could do" when ***** came back, he told my partner that the service guy said to wait to call about the stereo until after the holiday weekend (labor day) and said he needed to sign. So that's what my partner did, thinking they were going to fix this issue. My partner called on Monday and ***** said he would look into it. A week goes by and my partner had to call back because ***** did not follow up. Only to be told that there is nothing they will do. So I called and spoke to the lovely floor manager ***, who literally said "the small print says our ads can have errors and that's not our problem if you didn't read the fine print, we are not liable for this issue even though it said it had the upgraded stereo. So in essence, they are falsely advertising their vehicles and then claiming they are not responsible for fixing the error. This is unethical, unprofessional, and very shady. I can never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this awful lot.

*******************, The owner was involved with this customer, he agreed to and paid the customer $750 for the error in the details of the vehicle. She then removed her bad yelp review, all is settled.

in may of 2022 i purchased a car with selling price of $13,781.78 . I was told I needed $5,000 down payment so i did .so some time after im checking my statement from westlake finacial from who i got my car loan from ,my bill is not getting any lower as i talked to westlake finacial I come to realize M&S auto did not put the $5,000 dollar down payment i gave to them did not at all come of the loan from the buying date of the car so they took $5,000 dollars from me and took $13,781.78 from westlake finacial .total of ********* .so i owe $13,781.78 to westlake finacial and $5,000 dollars more than the asking price of the car.I would like my $5,000 dollar down payment back .or I would consider this fraud.i have all my reciepts for down payment for the $5,000 dollars

This is a copy of ************************* deal on the 2007 Lexus LS460 he bought on May 27,2022. The selling price was $13,711 plus tax and license. He also purchased ************* for $595, a warranty for $1995 and a GPS tracking device for $795. The total of this was $18,601.94, minus the $5000 down payment, his finance amount was $13,601.94. He may be confused about paying tax, license and the additional items. No wrong doing on our part though.

Bought a car for my son last March 2022 for. 20k Also purchased a ******* warranty. The car after a month was in for several repairs, electrical issue with the window. Then for car overheating.. took it in and m&s mechanic said it had a coolant leak. New parts and repairs done at M&S by the mechanic on site. 3 repairs in first 3 months. A few months later same breakdown - this time on a freeway. Also told coolant leak. Again. Towed to warranty company contractor. And told by warranty company repairs not covered. Told it would take 19 hours of labor to just to verify but and costs quoted. Car value is equal to potential repairs. Had this car a year! Oil changes done on time and bought new tires . Not used for commute. We were so very thrilled with the service at point of sale. I now feel we are victims of fraud. M&s Sold us a car with a known defect. They didnt fix the coolant leak but charged for the fix and labor. And no reply to my email I sent. Glad I keep good records. Very disappointed.

This Customer purchased this car on 02/07/2022.  On 7/6/22, 5 months after purchase, they called to say the window was binding, we did fix this problem and did charge them $263.42 for the broken glass and $140.00 for the labor. The window was working fine 5 months earlier. See PDF 1 & 2. The customer states that the car was over-heating and on 7/26/22 the car was brought to M&S where the water pump was replaced and the cooling system was checked and working fine. They also stated that the warranty they purchased did not cover these expenses, which it did, $446.08, see pdf 3. It's now been over a year since their purchase. We've done the best we can to accommodate this customer. Thank you, M&S Auto

I am rejecting this response because:

The electrical system began to glitch, the driver window did randomly go up and down which caused the window to break. I was charged for the window repair of 286.47.  The car overheated and was towed to M&S auto.  And the coolant was low.  we were told it was suspected to be a leak.  M&S did charge me for this repair ******. I was not informed they planned to bill the warranty company and told it was not covered.  I'll address this with the warranty company directly.   The car 3 months later at oil change was low in coolant by a mechanic down south.  less then a month later the car overheated and was towed to a mechanic recommended by the warranty company who stated the coolant leak was not fixed by M&S and most likely a contributory factor for a cracked cylinder which is not covered by the warranty.  the car will be inspected by a third party mechanic not affiliated with either the warranty company or M&S.

After a year of ownership and very few miles- this car ought not to be inoperable.  I contend had the M&S mechanic taken the time to properly fix the car when the car was towed to M&S the first time- for a engine overheating issue and low coolant, the resulting damages would not have occurred.   I do plan to file this with the court.

Within a few days of receiving my vehicle, the drain plug for the oil came undone and made the engine run without the appropriate amount for an undetermined amount of time. They picked up the vehicle and worked on it and promised that everything was fine. No damage to the engine, no seals were worn or anything else. Shortly after, I noticed oil leaks from multiple locations because of damaged seals and/or other damage to the engine. I tried on multiple occasions, for weeks going onto a few months, to call them to get it fixed and settled to have them either hang up on me without talking to anyone or saying they will "call me back" to which I never would.

I purchased a car from M&S auto June,2021. They picked out the car that they said would be best for me, they wouldn't let me test drive it. It was a lemon. This car had so many problems and the company knew it. I couldn't return the car because I couldn't afford to pay the $250 to bring my car back within 3 days which they require the day you buy the car.
