The ** of ********* **** I bought a new honda accord 2022 car and the day and we did not inspect it is the day and the day ** I realized that a window the glass was scratched as with a knife and I spoke to them and sent them photos of the window and until January 4 they told me to take the car to check it and they did not want to be responsible because that scratch on the window glass could be seen by someone My that they did not deliver it like that and well such a thing that I got angry with the managers for seeing a new car sold in poor condition the only option they gave me was that I buy the window and install it for free, which one do I give my complaint for selling new cars in poor condition.
