      I took same labs at ******* and they were different results and for a much lower price via my regular doctor. ********************** tests are NOT *** approved, hence you can't file them with insurance even if a real MD orders them. I also had to pay for a phlebotomist, so that is an additional fee on top of the overpriced labs. When Qwest offers a test that is not *** approved, they always note that in the results from the lab with a statement regarding the test lacking *** approval. My test results from ********************** did not show any such statement. However, it was my failure as a consumer to do my research beforehand, but never in a million years did I think it would be legal to offer medical tests which lack *** Approval?? I spent hundreds of $$ on overpriced tests that took a month to get back and only to find out they were junk tests with a bunch of false positives. If these tests had any medical value, I would expect that they would seek *** approval and you could claim it on insurance? This company has a few lawsuits against them as well, including one from ********* Never again. ****** learned the hard way. Hope someone sees this before forking over precious cash that could be better used on real medical testing.

      You pay out of pocket for labs, THEN you have to find and pay a phlebotomist and then you wait for it to arrive at their lab, more than two weeks to process (even though they have some of the results available, they will NOT share until all are complete) and THEN you have to contact your doctor for them to share with you. I would use this company only as a very last result but if you can get labs through other providers you will have results much faster (and probably cheaper). Fingers crossed I can get the results from the provider in a timely manner, but now I feel these were waste of time and money at a month old - blood tests are snapshot in time, and unfortunately these have taken too much time to be useful. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

      Horrible company. I paid out of pocket for blood tests and they will not allow me access to the results when the results are available. I will have to request them from the doctor's ******* or wait another two weeks to be granted access (requiring another call - and, if other reviews here are any indication, I may not gain timely access even then). I was not shocked to see that this company was recently accused of ******** Fraud and reached a $5.25 MILLION DOLLAR settlement charge. Try very hard to find a better, more reputable lab (*********************************************************************************************************************************************).

      I had the Tickborne 2.0 panel done twice, once in 2020 and once in 2023. In 2020, it took many weeks to receive the necessary testing kit. However, once the kit was sent to them, my results were ready in a reasonable amount of time and they were full of useful information. In 2023, I went out of my way to use the same lab so that I could compare apples to apples. For reasons unknown, my medical provider refused to release the results directly to me, which is a violation of the ***** Act. I contacted the lab and explained and they told me I had to get them from the provider. I called customer service multiple times and they refused to release the results to me, referring me back to the provider repeatedly. However, I paid Vibrant Labs $480 directly. They seemed to think they could keep the money while I received nothing. I don't think so. I filed a charge back with my credit card company. Eventually, after I filed complaints against Vibrant Labs and the provider, the provider released the results to me. But there are no circumstances where I would ever use Vibrant again or recommend them to anyone.

      I recently did the Vibrant Tickborne 2.0 panel via my doctor. i have been struggling with health issues for years that don't respond to supplements, vitamins, healthy lifestyle, etc. This panel showed which autoimmune condition I have and now my doctor is able to provide me with a specific protocol to treat my condition. (and in a side comment to the hookworm review, I know of two people who sent in their stool samples for analysis to the regular MSP covered regular lab ( with the worms visible in the stool) and both test results came back as 'clear/no parasites present'. so I do not have any faith in the regular labs). I am very pleased with the Vibrant ************* and their results were accurate with my previous diagnosis on the other infections I have had in the past..

      This so called lab is a joke - but NOT in a funny way.My gut zoom specimen tested (+) for Hookworm, which is not only serious, but very uncommon.My lifestyle does NOT align with the ways in which ************* such a parasite. Upon receiving the report and being shocked, followed by perplexed, I contacted Vibrant labs to inquire about the possibility or percentage of false positive results. The response was a 0% chance of an error in testing. I was quite concerned, therefore I sought ****************** through both my primary care physician and an infectious disease doctor. For the purpose of confirmation, two additional stool tests were ordered through hospital associated labs.The results for BOTH series of testing = negative for parasites of ANY kind. I did not ever, nor do I have hookworm.Im not sure what sort of facility or operation Vibrant is running but I can assure you that their practices are nefarious - to say the least. I share this review in hopes of saving others the cost - both emotionally + financially, of putting the results of your health in the hands of such a questionable company. Signed.       Aggressive business tactics from this company. Ive been sent multiple emails to follow up re purchasing a lab test my dr ordered. Today I received a phone call from a regional rep ****** trying to push me to order. I found the experience of putting as well as **************** and lack of apology. He actually wanted me to forward all the emails and started giving me his email over the phone for me to take down. I stopped him and reminded him that I was the paying client and he could send me an email with his info instead of taking even more of my time. His email closing is whelmed regards which was obnoxious and off putting as well.

      I think Vibrant offers amazing testing. The information and markers that are tested in their Gut Zoomer test alone is what you will receive in two test from anyone else. As for their technology, it is truly impeccable. However, in order to fully get the benefit of their extensive testing, you will have to seek a provider that knows how to interpret it. Which is probably why the only way to get their test is through a provider and not through them directly (unlike other companies I went through, got the test done and no help, just results). Of which I am thankful for since a regular person like me would not know how to use this information to go forward on their health journey. Overall, I read the negative reviews and I think some people will be passing up an amazing company if they truly allowed those comments to affect their judge. I am thankful for this company and the holistic/functional medicine provider I bumped into that has allowed me to view my health in a different spectrum.

      Horrible customer service. I paid out of pocket for bloodwork. They won't provide a superbill so I can get partial reimbursement from insurance company. They wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor either. So disappointed in their service.
