In July of 2022, I purchased a bike from bicycle warehouse based on shop payment plan I am supposed to pay for the bike until they (bicycle warehouse) informs shop that it has been returned. As of today sept 22, 2022 Shop has not been notified that the bike has been returned. I contacted both companies about this dilemma and neither have given satisfactory responses.Initial Complaint

I had placed an order with this company last week on my birthday. I received no updates for a whole week, not even an order confirmation to my email. I felt this was a scam, but to find out this is a legitimate business I ordered from. I sent an email asking why I havent gotten an order confirmation it yet took my money and never even shipped. They said were sorry here is your money back. Thats ridiculous. They declined me service and looking on ******** its a trend. They are listing fake prices online then waiting weeks to send out a confirmation. This is a sketchy business and I though it would be a good ide to report this.
