We had paid this business more than $4000 to get a new CRM setup for our mortgage company. They assigned ** to an account rep that was not able to get our leads delivered for multiple weeks which costs us additional thousands of dollars. There were also many features that did not work like a feature that allows you to setup websites cobranded with realtor listings with a click of a button, this never worked at all. We had asked to cancel after a few months of dealing with constant issues and I grew exhausted of continually helping them troubleshoot their system to provide basic crm funcationality (like delivering an email to an agent when they receive a lead). Then we find out our account rep was outsourcing some of the work on our account to make some side money so we had a big mess on the back end. The only assistance Jungo offered after many months was to keep trying to troubleshoot their issues with the crm. We could obviously not afford to be down, so we had to get another crm. We requested multiple times to multiple contact people at jungo to provide a refund and as of today they have refused to provided any sort of compensation. And to top things off, they required 3 accounts to be setup and paid for in advance for a year, we never even logged into 2 of the accounts because the system never worked.Business response

I sincerely apologize that Jungo did not work out for you. Our team works hard to ensure every client has a positive experience, and Im sorry that hasnt been the case. However, none of our clients are required to purchase more than one license, and many of our clients are on a single-user account. Our Property Listing feature is also working properly, and we have hundreds of clients utilizing it. Regarding our Leads App feature, it was properly setup on our end. Any issues had to do with your lead source provider, and our team was with you every step of the way.

These are the constant generic responses I received from them as well. None of the issues were addressed in that response. And do you see how long it took them to respond. Similar type of "service". We literally had our account rep outsourcing things and the whole account got messed up. Can we address this?Business response

We do not require our clients to purchase multiple accounts. You can choose how many users you would like to purchase and hundreds of our customers have a single-user account.
The Property Listing feature is working and we have hundreds of customers using it.
Our Leads App was set up properly. Any issues regarding leads being delivered had to do with his lead source provider, LendingTree. We worked with **** and LendingTree to get it setup properly on their end, but **** decided to move on.

Jungo is literally lying about their Property Listing tool. This is a very standard sleezyreply giving general answers like, hundreds of clients are using it, when none of them are using it in the "automated" fashion that we were promised. We were sold this product being told we are able to setup websites for agents for most listings that are on MLS. However, absolutely zero listings pop up automatically. Then Jungo tries to have a response by saying hundreds of clients use it. I highly dought that is true because it is so clunky. Impossible to use the automatic feature as sold. There is a way to manually build a page, but I can do that anywhere. Plus I was not given a response on why my account rep ***** even using internal employees to work on my private information and my clients private information, along with not getting leads sent to us as needed. It took weeks and weeks for them to figure out how to get leads to us that we were paying thousands a week on. Lastly, we DID have to buy multiple accounts to get an account rep, otherwise we would have to try to figure everything out ourselves. We were required by Jungo salesperson to have at least 3 accounts for this. And our account rep was ripping you off and me off. And in my opinion I believe our clients personal data was shared with outside entities. I have considered taking to the next level and have that info pulled, but I prefer to save legal fees and just resolve this amicably.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Jungo under the premise that it would integrate with my ********** and ******. It took weeks to get my initial setup meeting which was NOT what I was promised. I had to wait even longer for my ********** intergation and my ****** integration was FORGOTTEN about. I repeat TO THIS DAY I have not had my ****** intergated. Jungo claims their rep reached out on the 21st and 23rd of FEBRUARY. I bought the service back in January. Plus they did not even bother to check til I complained on lack of setup multiple times to support with finally me reaching out to my sales rep on the 18th. Separate from the ****** issue, there was a problem with my ********** integration and I had to spend an hour with a rep to test ********** buttons because he barely knew how ********** even worked. Mind you I was told Jungo works seemlessly with LendinhPad and I should never need to go back into the system! That was a lie too because the tech rep told me I would need to constantly go back into ********** to sync it. Far from what I was told. Lastly, Ill end with the main function of Jungo - campaigns and customer updates. ********************** has three sets of webinars with the third webinar being devoted to questions. Jungo paired me with this guy ******************* who had to be the most uneducated rep I have ever dealt with. He had no idea had to edit, create, or view campaigns. He also had no idea how to edit the taskbar and no idea how to target the campaigns. Finally, when I asked him why seemed to not know anything he mentioned he was new and follow up with me. That was on January 31st and it is currently February 25th. Still no news or response from ***! Overall, this has been a terrible experience and I havent gotten anything out of the system I have paid $1448 for. I want a full refund for the system and if that means never using Jungo again so be it!
