I placed an online order on their website, and it was shipped out using Amazon delivery services. I received a confirmation Email from Nexon Botanics stating my order was shipped. I tracked it and Amazon stated that my package was lost and that I should contact the seller (Nexon Botanics). I left three voicemail messages at Nexon Botanics and Emailed them once using their site information and one personal email with no response.I am seeking a refund and/or an expedited replenishment of my order.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
