Sat Nov 11 I did the infrared body wrap and contour laser lipo I was not given any instructions on what to do before the sessions I was not screened and questioned before the sessions After the session I passed out in the front lobby. I hit my neck on the counter which left an abrasion and hit my head on the floor which left a bruise and lump I was charged for the 6 pack of sessions for both procedures anyways The employee who witnessed this said it had never happened before and was not normal but I was still charged for the packages I paid and left as soon as I could because I was scared and embarrassed as I had never passed out before and was obviously not in my right frame of mind Ive been trying to get in touch with the manager but I have received no call backs or response in anyway in asking for a refund for the remaining sessions I will not be using Had I been in a better state of mind I would have only paid for the sessions I did that day and not for the packages that we discussed prior to me actually doing the sessions The employee also did not suggest I only pay for the days sessions and still charged me for the packages I was charged $414 and am asking for $314 be refunded to me since I will not be completing the sessions for obvious health risks.
