Well, I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Please be aware. I bought 2, one came broken. The company will not respond. I have tried multiple times to reach out. Not exactly the quality I had hoped for, and their customer service is absolutely horrible (if there is actually a customer service department, now I am not so sure).

I purchased Star scope monocular and after receiving the product I immediately wanted to send it back for a refund. I tried calling but only received a recording. I tried email the company. They would not respond with an address to send back their product. Final I received 2 address ********************************************************* Quality performance limited **************************************

Starscope is not a ligitimate business. they are out to scam you. i ordered a monocular from them got charged for two. cant get anyone to respond to my request for return. pretty sad they s**** their customers like that. on top of that, the item they advertise is not what you get. no zoom just plain old c*** my kids toys are better quality. i would like the BBB to investigate please.

I bought this star scope in good faith that if I wasn't satisfied that with in thirty days I could get a refund, so when the product arrived and upon inspection it was nothing they advertised.So I contacted them for a return label and they received with in three days , the funds was with drawn from my account very quickly. they received it on 8/16/24 and still no refund. All I want is to get may money back . Beware of this outfit this is a big scam.

I purchased 2 starscopes and paid $81.92. I did receive product. Did not work as advertised. I sent items back (my expense). I have never gotten a notification that they received it per post office. It been to weeks. Also I have gotten a refund.The return address they gave me for return:*******************************************

This is a scam company. I cancelled my order the same day I made this terrible purchase. The phone number doesn't work, the email is a scam just like the company. I encourage everyone to NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AND I MEAN NOTHING!

They took money from my account and never sent me a receipt, order confirmation, or the product that I purchased! Additionally, they emailed me later to ask if I am enjoying the product. I told them that they never sent it!!

My partner started an order for the Starscope Monocular but backed out before completing the order on his credit card. He came to me for help and we ordered "the deal" of buy 1 scope and get 1 for a discounted price. I used PayPal for this order. My order confirmation emailed to me had lower prices than what was on my PayPal account. We also found out that they continued the order on my partner's credit card because it was in the cart. So now we have 2 orders paid for the same order. I attempted to go through PayPal to dispute the price differences and I sent an email to Starscope. A few days later, we received another package with 2 scopes and a camera mount. This time I was charged even more through my PayPal account. Neither of us have had any luck getting anyone from Starscope to return emails for directions on how to return the products and refund our money. These scopes are WORTHLESS!!! We can't even think about giving them away because THEY'RE WORTHLESS cheap toy like items. What should have cost us about $60 has cost us almost $200 (between the credit card and PayPal) and neither Starscope, the credit card company, nor PayPal will help us return the scopes and mounts and refund our money.

StarScope is a scam! The advertised a monoculture scope that zooms in with ******* clear optics a couple miles away, but what you receive is a cheap scope with no zoom capability, extremely poor optics. The scope shown in the advertisement is not even the same product received. Crooks, liars, and cheats is all this company represents. Perhaps a class action lawsuit is a must.
