I ordered a slip cover for my couch plus a "pet shield" plus extra material. The slip cover does not fit (is too small in some areas) and part of it is pilled, the pet shield does not fit as described and is partially pilled as well.Business response

Our custom-made slipcover service is covered by a warranty, which allows the customer to return slipcovers for correction. This warranty is clearly stated on our website, and a copy is also included with the shipment. The warranty requires the customer to report problems within 15 of receipt of the product.
The customer received her shipment on Nov. 14, 2023. The customer contacted us on Jan. 4, 2024, 51 days after receiving the product.
We responded on Jan. 29 after thoroughly investigating the problems she reported.
It appears that this complaint was filed because she did not like our response and is using this method to receive services to which she is not entitled, which she threatened to do.
