I called Herff Jones customer service to find out what the current lead time is from order date to receiving my product (graduation announcements) to make sure I had enough time to send announcements out of the state and country. The person I spoke with said I would have them in 2 weeks total. I proceeded to order the announcements on 4/5/22 for commencement on 5/26/22. I started reaching out to local rep. ********************* at ************ on 4/26 for status. He replied immediately that he will look into this for me. Several emails and phone calls later, STILL NO ANNOUNCEMENTS. **** even promised me in phone on 4/29 that he will personally overnight them to me. Then on 5/3 he emailed me stating they will be Fed Ex'ed by Friday (today). STILL NOTHING!!! I called and started to leave **** a voicemail when he answered. Clearly, I was very upset by this point and told him this was 'bullshit' at which time he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again stating I didn't need to say 'bullshit'. I demanded the Fed Ex tracking number at which time he said that I made him "so God **** upset" that he couldn't find it and hung up on me. I called him for the last time telling him that I was going to report him to corporate and it was in MY right to be upset but not his. I again demanded the tracking number and he said he emailed it to me. I still have not received my tracking number, customer service is now closed (and they do not pick up the phone regardless of business hours) and I will not speak to their rep. ********************** I cannot even order announcements through another company due to lack of production time.I would like to receive my announcements tomorrow, reimbursement for this horrible service, an apology from ************************* superior for the way he spoke to me, hung up on me, etc. and if it is possible, I now need 2nd day stamps to expedite my announcements! I now have zero time to wait for responses on rsvp's for their lack of professionalism to say the least.
