Hey there, I have 3 different Orders from this business that date back to April 22nd of 2023. So the orders were placed on 04/22/23. I have contacted this company through 8 different emails throughout the year, all very nicely trying to get an update on when my order will be shipped. They have yet to respond to my last 4 emails sent. Last I was updated my order hadnt even been worked on or packed and that was 6 months after I placed the order. I have asked for a refund, or some sort of solution, and have yet to receive any email back. Its been almost a Month since my last email was sent to them asking for a solution. I am young, and on my own, so getting my almost $70 back would be a huge help to me. Losing out on that money, even from a year ago is a big loss right now. At this point I am not upset, I am disappointed that I do not have the things I need, and cannot re afford to buy them. This company is still advertising products, and taking orders as well. I have screenshots of 6 different emails that were not responded to, and then only one that was responded to was when I had mentioned contacting the BBB in which I got an unfulfilling answer not explaining nor updating me on anything. I just want my products, or at least the money back to be able to purchase the things I need elsewhere. I appreciate your time. I have tried to Provide shipping tracking numbers from the orders but the website took down the tracking locator and Shop will not allow me to see it anymore either. I ordered from this company in February 2023. I emailed them in March about my order. I never received the order nor have I received a shipping confirmation. I was told that items take several months to ship. It has been 11 months with still no response from the company. When I hit the link in my order confirmation email to track my package, I get an alert that the link I followed is no longer available.Initial Complaint

I spent over $100 on there shop for a product that i never received even after emailing them over and over for months until they stopped responding all together and never offered me a refund or any chance to get the product i gave them money for.Initial Complaint

Ordered 1/13/2023. Order #**** for a Jock Strap. This company claims to provide gender identity items to transgender masculine people at lower than average prices.Its now 9/26/2023 and I have never received my order, tracking information or anything. I tried to make contact, on multiple occasions. But Ive only gotten prerecorded messages. Today TMRTS posted on social media platforms about a new updated online store to better help their customers so I checked the new website to see if itll help. But of course nothing. I even looked up my order number #**** and it doesnt even exist in their search. I have documentation on everything I have explained, the receipt proving the transaction, and the contact attempts. *** also left a review, and notice some else having the same issue. I have put in complaints with Shopify app as well but they can only try to contact the seller on you behalf but they dont do refunds.Initial Complaint

I ordered a STP product from the store, understanding there is a wait time. Almost a year has gone by with no said product and Ive reached out via phone, email, online chat and theyve stopped responding and will not give me an update. Product was paid for in full last November when ordered. I want my product, or an update, at the very least my money back. This is a product that has a huge affect on my daily life. I ordered almost a year ago as a replacement and here I sit with nothing. Ordering from somewhere else will now put me even further out and quite honestly these things are not cheap. On May 25th, 2023, I purchased two items resulting in a payment made of $32.13. Order number given was: 2895.July 11th, I reached out to the company and stated I was unable to view the status of my order online and that it was coming up on 2 months since my order. I heard nothing back.July 16th, I contacted them again via their website and asked for a refund. July 27th, I have still heard nothing from them nor have I gotten my money back. Unfortunately when researching this company further, I found that other people have also essentially been "robbed" by this company. Unlucky for them, they spent closer to $200.00. Purchased products 1/13/23 the **** app.Contacted store through emails, chat, and phone when it became over a month passed order date. Never received response besides the claim of having more orders ahead of mine. Contacted the **** app, they said to contact my bank. Contacted CASH APP as that was who I used to pay for products. They denied my claim as well. 3 months, still havent received an update about order, tracking. Received another generic response through chat, but this time THERE WERE EVEN MORE ORDERS IN FRONT OF MINE WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. Filed another complaint with **** APP, was told the same thing to dispute the transaction with CASH APP. Denied again. Now its a 6/1/23 almost 5 months and I havent received my product, email update, tracking information. I want my money back! This is illegal!Initial Complaint

I bought a product from the back in October 2022 and in December they told me it was about to ship. I tried emailing them in January/ February of this year and havent gotten a response. I then tried Instagram then soon realized they had blocked me. I spent $123 on my order and have not received it.Business response

This customer has placed several orders with us and has received all orders up to the newest. Each item is hand made from an international supplier at the time of order.
This customer, despite receiving orders and continuing to place orders, has began to harass our email, and social media accounts despite customer contact and updates and posted information about processing.
They proceeded to post numerous harmful, derogatory, spamming comments on numerous emails and social media platforms, resulting in them being banned from using our social platforms.
They're order will be processed in the order in which it was received and will be shipped accordingly.

They dont know how to run their business. Ive waited 6 months to receive my package and actually ordered the same thing from a different company and received it in 2 weeks. I want my money back from them. They ignored my emails so having lost $123, I resorted to social media which they also ignored so what was I supposed to do? They stole my money and stopped responding to me so I had no choice but to file this complaint. I just want my money back so this can be over.
