Ordered an Awning for my Imagine travel trailer and was told needed to pay half ($425) in order to order which I did and have a copy of the check. It was cashed and signed by ******* ****** Back of check is stamped California Bank and Trust dated August 19, 2023. He had been to the RV previously and his name is ****** and he said he used to work for ******* ** in San Marcos and now had his own business. ******* ** confirmed he did work for them in the past. He measured and presumably ordered awning. Approximately 2 months later later I asked for status and he said order came in but was wrong and he reordered so I waited and called again and this time said he still did not think order right so was ordering from local company. Last 3 months I have called texted and emailed but no return calls of any kind. Finally I requested he return my money if could not produce awning. No response. ******* ** said they could not reach him either.
