**** completed two tree trimming and ***** removal for us satisfactorily. He had gained our trust so the third job we paid him before the job was 100% complete with his word that he would complete the following day. He never returned even though he continues to make appointments with us and then no show. He has wasted so much of our time which equals money not to mention the money we are out 2,000$ for the actual jobInitial Complaint

Details of unfinished job 1.. As agreed upon by myself and *************************** of Nathan's Tree Services to cut down three trees for $2,000.00.They started the job on June 13 and ****************** asked for and I provided the payment of $2,000.00. During the cutting of the last tree, I was informed by ****************** that due to the tree formation they need a truck with bucket (for safety issue).****************** informed me they will back on June 16 with a bucket truck to complete the job. On June 16, I called ****************** several times and late in the afternoon that they have a problem with the truck and will try again June 19. Waited just about all day with no show and no call from ******************. Finally, late afternoon ****************** informed me that they need to rent a truck and another scheduled job completion on 22 June. No calls all day. Waited till July 5, receiving a text message from ****************** that they will return on Jul 10 and again waited all day with no call or return call. Received another test message stating that they will surely return on Jul 12. Received text Jul 12 at 10:11 AM that they are on their way around 11 AM. Called so many times to no avail and no return call.Initial Complaint

*************************** cut down a few trees in our neighborhood on Friday, August 19, 2022. Before starting their project, they dumped large piles of mulch (pictures attached) on land on the side of the street which belongs to the *****************. This specific contract was not for our HOA, but ******'s has worked for our HOA in the past and as a result is familiar with the boundaries of HOA land, private land, and City land. They chose the City land thinking they could dump mulch with no consequence.Since August 21, 2022, members of our neighborhood have been contacting **** at ******'s to remove the mulch, giving ******'s the benefit of the doubt that the dumping was a mistake. For almost two months, **** has committed to returning, only to no-show on all the dates he provided. Text messages supporting this claim can be provided upon request. The mulch is not only illegally dumped, but poor condition having come from partially palm trees and others that don't look in good shape. Our HOA and our community members are worried about rot, mulch, and rodent infestation. A few members of our community have reported the dumping to the **********, but have not gotten resolution to date.This Tuesday, October 11, I called **** and let him know that we would be reporting him to BBB and CSLB if the mulch was not removed by end of day Wednesday, October 12. **** showed up the morning of October 13 and said his team would return in the afternoon. They again did not, but he did call to say they had equipment issues (again) and they would be back to remove by hand the morning of October 14 (today). He has not arrived and it continues to look like he is scamming our community.We hope the BBB can enforce ******'s commitment to remove the illegally dumped mulch. As mentioned above, I did not personally contract to ******'s but the homeowners who did are happy to get involved in this as well upon request. We hope to have resolution without additional conflict.Initial Complaint

Contacted the business on 6/1/22 to get a quote on tree removal, including the *****. Also wanted a quote on pruning another tree. ********************* came the same day and quoted us $500 to do the entire job and had a team he would send the following day. The ***** was not removed and **** claimed he had another crew coming out at 1 PM to remove the ***** (although that was never discussed). Nobody ever showed up. **** then claimed his crew got the date wrong and they would be back on 6/4 to remove the *****. Nobody showed up so my husband contacted **** and he came back over. Claimed his ***** grinder wasn't working and that he would be back out on 6/13/22, and also asked that we pay him. He never showed up. The job is not finished per the quote and I have seen similar complaints on ****** Reviews. We paid him and the job is not completed as quoted. We now have a ***** in an area we would like to plant another tree.
