This ad agency is trying to charge me $3,300 through a debt collector when I don't owe them this money. They say that ******** misses attributions to *********************** by as much as 50%, and try to claim organic sales or sales from other channels as their own to make their performance look better and keep clients on longer. In July ******** reported ROAS is ****, while Optyo reports ROAS as ****. *****, but I give them the benefit of the doubt, because they say ios14 is really messing up the reporting. In august ******** reports **** ROAS, Optyo reports **** ROAS, same explanation. September ******** reports **** ROAS, Optyo reports **** ROAS. Same thing happened in October. At this point for 4 months straight, the data is telling one story while Optyo is telling another. Thats 4 months of negative ROAS and thousands in agency fees paid to Optyo. I was originally contacted by ***********************, he promised the world, When I try to cancel working with them, ******************* tries to tell me tough luck, youre signed up for a 7 month contract, you have to pay us, for the next 3 months. (Im not signed up for a 7 month contract, its only 3 months as I originally negotiated with *******) Not at all concerned about the ad performance and what to do to improve performance or try to take care of me as a client. Theyre selfish and money hungry. When I try to have a conversation to understand the gap in reporting they dont respond to me. Now a month or so passes and they have sent me to some shady collections agency.Seems like they dont read their own contracts either because the contract clearly states Client may terminate this Agreement immediately for contract negating cause and shall incur no liability for services not satisfactorily performed.The service was unsatisfactorily performed. The contract that we both signed says, I am not liable for services not satisfactorily performed. So I would like them to stop the debt collection, correct my credit report & return my money.
