Date of Transaction: 10/18/23 Amount Paid: $25 Nature of Dispute: The business did not inform me that they would be charging for a service that is typically provided for free. I had an appointment to try on tuxedos for my wedding and it was not until the appointment was over and I was leaving that they informed me they charged for this type of appointment. The business has made no attempt to resolve the problem.On the website it lists the following information:- ***** "Services" there are no prices listed. The section on Tuxedo Rentals only lists the starting price of the rentals.- ***** the "How It Works" section it states that "Everyone will be professionally measured for your event and a final fitting will be scheduled." There are no prices listed.- ***** "***********s" it states that the Princess *********** costs $150, the Bridal *********** costs $25 only if you do not show, the Bridesmaid *********** costs $25 per person, and the Virtual *********** costs $35. The Tuxedos *********** and Accessory/Alteration ***********s are the only two with no price listed.The communication with staff included:- In the confirmation email the only mention of payment is related to tipping and states: "Tipping is completely optional and not expected. However, it is always appreciated."- At no point during my appointment was it shared that there was a cost associated with the measurements.The only confirmation I received that they even had a price published was when an employee brought a framed sign approximately 4x4 from the back of the store. This happened as I was preparing to leave and it was the first time I saw the sign. There was nothing posted on the website, in the confirmation email, or in the front of the store.
