I had a water heater replacement on 10-12-22, I paid in full with personal check ******** but I did not receive an invoice with 1 year labor warranty. I request it twice on 10-12-22&10-19-22, *** ****** ******** but no results yet. I believe that no invoice or warranty is unreasonable!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/16) */ Hi my Name is ****** ******* Owner of DD PLUMBING ado I spoke to Ms ******** ****** regarding the receipt that I was out of town and I would send her The receipt on Friday evening which I did. When I confirmed with her if she received she said yes. And also ask if everything else was ok because of the complaint she filed she said no she was satisfied because she had received the invoice. So I just wanted To reach out to you that everything is ok. Thank you and let me know if there is anything else you need.
