      Had a C&P a month ago for 21 issues. Appointment took no more than 10 min for all of that. The Dr. ****** did anything, didn't ask questions. I felt as if a 2 year old with a plastic stethoscope would be more thorough. A month ago, no real exam and my DBQs still are not uploaded. If this is how they "examine" members who serve over 20 years I could only imagine how poorly they treat the younger members.

      I can't be the only one this has happened to:I had 3 appointments in July 2024, and I was examined by three different ******s. Its October 2024, and they called me a week ago mind you when I think I'm at the end of this journey and stated you have to do the exact same 3 examinations all over again do to we don't know why. This is corruption at its finest. My first ****** was repeating exactly what my initial ****** said and done so I know they didn't lose the report. So now i got another half a year to wait for their decision thanks a lot QTC.

      i always get mail from the va, but on 8/14/24 @1:03pm, i received a e-mail from the va stating, that i just filed a disability claim, that was done over a year ago and all c&p exams was completed over a year go, and that a might be contacted by Leidos QTC, which i don't know why. on Sunday , today 8/16/24, i received another email from the va for a survey for a c&p exam that i supposedly attended. by: Examiner: *******, **** M Vendor: QTC Date: 08/14/2024 Type: ACE/IMO, so either this is a big lie or a scam, because my lawyer nor I never receive a call, voicemail, text, email or mail from this company or any examiner *******, **** M or QTC, for a exam on the same day the va sent there email at the date and time listed above, there is no case number, no phone call, no text, no email and no mail to reference too, and i cant leave a phone number here for you these company to call back, not to many good reviews here with this company hurting veterans

      I am a disabled veteran. I had a QTC appointment to check my herpes, contracted during an unwanted sexual encounter while I served before 2010. The older female doctor was rude, dismissive of every word from my mouth and was uncomfortable looking at my p**** She appeared to have her decision made before even seeing me. I am physically and mentally damaged, and having go through an experience with QTC further impacts me negatively. I need help and QTC is going out of their way to not get me help.

      If you are a provider, stay far away. Qtc will make up lues on Va standards and then try to bully you to order studies that are not clinically indicated. They say they have protocol for emergent findings on the STUDIES THEY ORDER but critical findings took over a month to get back to review: oh, and yea all the studies are ordered under your credentials without your approval . Whenever you try and cancel a study, they dont even know their own protocol and argue with you for 30 minutes. Lets not even get started on the QAs. The *** will bully you on what to write in your dbq and make unnecessary corrections. They will are allowed to alter your note without your knowledge and I wouldnt have caught it if I didnt check myself.

      To sum things up, QTC is a substandard healthcare mediating agency. They tell you that every case they work should be completed and submitted to VA in 8 days or less. I've completed my appt over a month ago and they still have not send anything to the VA!! VA should fired this company for the sake of the Veterans.

      *** is the only case worker that fully helped me out after calling multiple times into QTC and dealing with short answers from multiple customer service reps. *** went above and beyond to make sure my the appointment I did a few months back reflected on my claim and did not simply reschedule me for the same appointment like the other customer service reps went ahead and did. This was frustrating and time consuming for months, but after talking to ***, it was handled within 4 days.

      QTC is a substandard healthcare mediating agency. Their website portal unregisters users after less than a week of inactivity. To re-establish the website portal login, you have to call and request a new registration email just to activate it again. The scheduling process is inadequate and the medical facility locations are distant from the home of records for the Service Members. The organization also suffers from extremely long delays in support and processing from start to finish for MEDPROS updates. After 60 days, MEDPROS can no longer be updated and the appointment has to be redone. There are no vouchers for Service Members to use as confirmations that they attended the appointment. The QTC process is to update the portal to demonstrate the appointment was attended, but is highly inefficient and poor quality. Service Members have to call and request a voucher over the phone that demonstrates they attended the scheduled appointment so they can submit to their medical officers for MEDPROS updates and reimbursements. The QTC organization is extremely slow at processing schedule requests and has little availability when regarding medical facilities for Service Members to complete their appointments. The quality of services at these sites are extremely low. I attended a Dental appointment where the Dentists spent about 30 seconds with me performing a pseudoexam and found no issues. Meanwhile my actual dentist identified significant issues with old fillings and had them fixed before they caused more damage. Many of these encounters with QTC medical facilities are questionable at best. I would not recommend QTC to any organization that needs medical assets to be mediated.
