On October 25, 2022 I ordered two loaves of bread from HERO BREAD ** for $27.00. Unfotunately, I did not check the ingredients until after the order and noticed there was an ingredient I cannot take. I contacted the company the same day to cancel the order. They sent me a text and said order was canceled. Not so, I received the bread. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and that they would look into it. Thank you for your assistance.Business response

We have no record on our end of the customer's cancelation request. With this said, we have honored their request in the form of a refund. The refund was processed today (11/3). We attempted to attach a screenshot of the proof of cancelation, however, the attachment feature is not currently working.
