I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Marvan's Cell Care. After reading positive reviews, I entrusted them with repairing my phone, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I initially spoke to the technician about the issues with my phone, explaining that it was having trouble recognizing touch in the middle of the screen and lagging between apps. Communicating with the technician was strained, because of their limited understanding of English. While negotiating the price for the repair, I made it clear that I only wanted the touch screen to be fixed, regardless of whether the crack was directly causing the issues or not. Upon receiving my phone after the repair, I was dismayed to find several glaring issues. Firstly, the screen was not properly aligned to the edges of the monitor, which significantly compromised the visual quality of my phone. This discrepancy was not communicated to me by the technicians during our discussions. Furthermore, the touch sensitivity problem persisted, and the phone continued to lag and glitch as before. To make matters worse, the charging port was damaged during the repair process, forcing me to return to the store for further assistance. Despite my attempts to seek a resolution, the customer service team at ****************** refused to provide a partial refund, citing their policy. This refusal to acknowledge the inadequate repair work and compensate for the additional damage only added to my frustration. In conclusion, I feel compelled to warn future clients about the subpar service provided by Marvan's Cell Care. Despite some positive reviews, my experience has highlighted their shady practices and lack of accountability. I urge others to exercise caution and consider alternative repair options to avoid further disappointment.
