On Thursday, April 18, 2024, I went to pick up my dress that the lady was supposed to shorten. She just wanted to handle the money portion of the transaction and didnt show me the work that she had completed and did not offer to let me try it on before leaving. She then continued to tell me she only accepts cash even though there was no sign indicating this was the case and she did not tell me this when I dropped off the dress. She gave me directions to the nearest ATM where I pulled out $60 and she gave me the dress. I went back in to tell her that she didnt do anything to the dress as it was the exact same length as when I had dropped it off. She said no this is my work before even looking at the dress and continued to tell me she did and refused to give me a refund. Also, the phone number linked to this store does not work, there is no email, or website.
