PocketSuite has been holding my money for over 3 weeks. They claimed to have additional verification process, which I then completed after having to wait two weeks for a scheduled call. They have no problem requiring additional information to charge me for their services, but despite me putting my bank info and logging in and completing their extra verification, and despite me being perfectly clear with them in the call, that if they needed anything else form me to finalize my verification, to ask me on the call. I was told they required nothing else from me. A week passes and I still dont get my money. I ask them again. They are now requiring proof of my construction general contractors license and proof of insurance. Mind you, this is a window cleaning company, they didnt even ask for the window cleaning insurance. They wont release my funds and Im worried I wont be able to collect my money.Initial Complaint

Hi I signed up to work with PocketSuite on October 3rd 2023. After using the app for about a month I had some issues verifying my account to receive payment from customers. I connected my bank account and did everything I could do to get verified. However, after a few days of trying to get verified I attempted to use the app to work with one customer I had. I had no issues getting the payments that day, that day I tried to get cashed out meaning get the funds into my bank account and it didnt work! I tried for weeks while trying to get in contact with the business. To get a response from from the business I would have to send 5-8 messages at time just to get one response hours later. They also dont have a phone number you can speak to someone. I left it alone for a few weeks because I go tired with trying. Especially because I felt like I continued to pay the subscription. On February 2nd I decided that I wanted to get my money, I did not mention that its $355. I started sending lots of messages they said that they were going to get me verified and that I should send them a picture of my id and a picture of myself holding my id which I did right away. Just a reminder the customer service is terrible I send between 5- 8 messages a day before get one responded. I also asked them to refund me for the last 2 months because of the bad service which they agreed to. After calling, emailing, texting and using the pocket suit app messaging system I finally got some help. After about 2 weeks I got help and they refunded me for the 2 past months however they also refunded the client. I brought it up and now they are saying that because I was not verified the bank refunds the clients. That first doesnt make sense and secondly they never mentioned that even after me sending detailed messages explaining my messages. They are totally disorganized and I believe that what they are saying is because they never read my complaints and didnt take what I said seriously so refunded the client. A got scammed out of $425. The lady blocked me and hasnt refunded anything after she canceled my appointment. I have proof of everything.!
