      Ordered on November 18, 2022, purchased new, Order# ***-8695278-9024219, $139.00, 2 year Seller warrants to the Buyer that the products manufactured by the seller are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period not to exceed two (2) year, from the date the product is received by Buyer from the Seller (the initial warranty). When using the product in the way the seller instructed (July 31st 2024) it tripped a breaker. When I investigated the device I smelled a burning smell from it and pulled off the top of the device due to concerns of fire. I found that several of the components were burnt and caused the device to stop functioning as a result. I contacted customer support on July ********* and they stated they would send out a replacement and that I did not need to return the broken device. I waited 28 days after being told it would ship out and contacted them again. They stated they had a hiccup in their system on Aug 28th 2024 and would ship it out shortly. They sent me the tracking number ******************************************************************************** stating it has shipped (Sep 5 2024). I waited a until Sep 18th 2024. I contacted them again on Sep 27 2024 since the replacement hadn't shipped yet. They sent another email with a new tracking number ******************************************************************************** on Sep 27th 2024. On Oct 03rd 2024 I requested that the issue be elevated since the 2nd replacement had yet to ship. They stated they would elevate the issue and that both items had shipped. They have not elevated the issue or shipped and **** has not received the items yet.

      My family purchased me an Anova Precision Cooker sous vide (Model: Anova PC) many years ago because of its rich feature set - including wireless control of the device. ********************** has announced that it will be removing wireless control for my product, rendering it far less useful to me. They are handicapping my use of the product and I would like to be compensated for this feature removal.****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

      I have been trying to file a complaint since last. year, October or November about my oven It continues to shut off constantly when it gets to a temperature above 300 I'm still having the issue and I still haven't been able to talk to anybody to get any headway They asked me to send in a video and I did that last year. and I still haven't received any sort of replacement for this. Now I am looking for a refund or I will start some sort of litigation process and file the complaint with my attorney general about these fraudulent ovens that you're selling. I've checked Reddit and many other websites. and it is clear that your ovens have one problem after a while. They cannot get above the temperature of 300 I want my money back. I could go. I could go by a full size oven for the same price and have it for over 10 years.

      Anova Culinary provided the ***************************** show audience with a voucher for 5 items plus free taxes and shipping on December 14, 2023. I can prove I attended the show. I'm attaching my confirmation email but I also was on camera that day. Since obtaining the voucher in December I made several attempts to retrieve the items via their website. When I was having issues with the website I reached out via email customer service after the holidays on January 10, 2024. I received a response on January 12, 2024 asking for a photo of the voucher from customer service associate ***************************, and I responded to the request on the same day with the photo. I did not receive a response from her again until February 11, 2024. On February 15, 2024 I was sent a code to use on the website so I can complete this process and retrieve what Anova Culinary promised ****** audience members, but the code did not work. I sent ******* a screenshot of what the website was telling me and ******* responded with: "My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. I have escalated this concern to our Marketing team to check why the code is not working. I'll get back to you as soon as I get a response from them." Finally, yesterday I receive an email saying my voucher can't be honored because it has expired, but there is no expiration date listed on the voucher, and according to Anova I've shared the voucher code which disqualifies me from receiving the products. They've provided no proof that I've shared my voucher code. For a conversation that started in January, Anova is making all efforts to ensure they are not delivery on the items promised to ****** show audience members, which is a scam! I am requesting that Anova Culinary honor the credit they gave to ****** Show audience members. If the Anova website wasn't having issues I would have completed this transaction months ago. Because I needed assistance, they are choosing to not honor the voucher and finding reasons to do it.

      We purchased the oven in July 2022, it was working good until July 2023. I reached out to them and request a replacement unit given the product offered two-year warranty. They had verly slow response but eventually provided shipping label for me to ship the broken unit back. I shipped back the broken oven on Aug 17th. However, I received a broken unit as replacement on Aug 25th. I reached back to them, finally on Sept 7th, they provided another shipping label for me to ship it back. I dropped it off on Sept 9th at **** then I stopped hearing back from them. I called customer service many times and every single time they promised to get back to me the next business day. I have also emailed many times, but never received any response.

      Anova advertises free shipping to ****** and when I went to buy a product I was charged $115 for shipping to ******. No where on the website does it say I would be charged that much for shipping to ******, it just says free to **.

      Placed order on 1/9 #MRKT51010 Called on Jan 20th left message no called back was ever rec'ved. Called back on the 14th spoke with someone gave info they stated they would find out and look into the missing item and report the damaged product. I asked for a supervisor cause the rep was nit making sense and said some off color comments. I was told I would get a call back with in 24 hours. No callback has happened as of yet. I emailed on 2/17 asking about the call, followed up on the email on 2/22, 2/23 and 3/1 to no avail. Still no call from a supervisor and no action on any of my issues.
