      My husbands grandmother ************************* purchased a gift card for him and I as a gift for our wedding. The printout gift card that was given to us says it must be redeemed online at giftrocket.com/gift and to enter the code on the paper. I did that and chose to redeem the $75 via Venmo transfer. I entered my email and phone number for my Venmo account and the next **** said that the transaction would be completed immediately and that I would get a confirmation email. I still havent gotten an email confirmation or anything transferred to my Venmo account. Im worried that this business has scammed my grandmother-in-law.

      Our daughter purchased 4/23 this for us as a Christmas gift and my husband and I tried to use the gift rocket gift this past weekend and the venue that we were at, that my daughter purchased to use it at, well they are not affiliated with gift rocket whatsoever. Im sure that they have reached out to gift rocket as well as they said that they were going to because when their head management went to purchase a card, found that they would have been able to as well. AmeriStar is not affiliated with this company whatsoever. This was a $150 purchase with $9.50 added fee and I would like either myself or my daughter to get their money back for this. I have proof of purchase as well as the account tracking number! Giftrocket left a voicemail for me and gave me a fake number that was actually a real estate company that had been in business for 46 years and knew nothing about this gift rocket. Help please!

      A gift card was purchased for me in 2017 which I held on to until now, thinking that it wouldnt expire. When I went to redeem it recently, it didnt work and a representative told me that it expired in 2020 because they are a third party company and the card can be redeemed for merchants, therefore the gift card law doesnt apply. The card is worth $200 and I just requested a money return to the purchaser if they cannot honor the gift card, but I do find this unfair that a gift card expired, even if it is third party.

      My friend sent me a $500 gift card on 8/2.. I went to go redeem it on Venmo and I got nothing! So I thought maybe my phone number isnt attached to my Venmo. I emailed them asking them for help or to reverse it so I can redeem it on ****** or Amazon. Well I thought they did cause it brought me back to the page where I can choose a redeem option. I get an error message when I tried ****** or Amazon. I have emailed them for help and they still have not resolved anything in 3 days.

      My husband purchased an electronic GIFT CARD for me for Mothers Day in 2018 for $250. I am in the state of CA and am aware the gift cards do not expire. Gift Rocket scammed us by reclassifying their GIFT CARDS so that they could put an expiration date on them. This is a scam. I would like to be able to redeem my gift card. The pandemic hit and then life/cancer happened- this is the exact reason that there is a law requiring gift cards not to expire.

I have NEVER received the money. I have emailed and yet to receive a response. I never even received a email confirmation like they said I would.       Bought my parents a $200 gift card through Gift Rocket to use for **********************. When attempting to redeem via depositing into a checking account, the transfer never happened. The transfer was I initiated 1/1/2024 and as of today (04/05/2024), the $200 was not transferred. I'd like to get my money back.

      I am rejecting this response because Gift Rocket NEVER contacted me to resolve this issue.  There was NO communication between Gift ****** and I about not being able to recover the $200 I spent on a Gift card that was never transferred to my specified bank account.

We had contacted them to stop doing that and they promise to stop but I still see it's still going on. This undermines our business and risks inconvenience to our loyal customers. Please cease these sales immediately and invalidate existing unauthorized gift cards. We expect a swift resolution to protect *********'s reputation and our customers' interests.
