  In July 2020, I was offered a spot in a 7 week app based coaching program called Positive Intelligence, or PQ.I completed the 7 weeks & was offered a lifetime membership for 2K.The lifetime membership included 5 seats into the program to sell to clients or ******* was clearly stated that these seats were part of our lifelong membership for a one time payment of $2000.The 2 men at the head of the company, held a Q&A on zoom, which they recorded so the people who were considering purchasing this lifelong membership could ask questions about what was included.They repeatedly said that we have 40 seats for life, at one point ******* points out that is worth $40,000 a year (if we sell them)that we get year after year if we buy this lifelong membership now.I bought it and never got a contract or any documentation of what was included.We were called the ******************** has grown&become very successful&have sold a yearly memberships since then where coaches pay a fee yearly.We Pioneers were different.We invested when he started&he told us we co-created with him.A few months after I bought my membership, he announced a change to our terms.The Pioneers were upset and he held another Q and A meeting where he said he would honor the initial membership we ********* appears in that meeting when he put a slide up & he added that it evolves, but this wasn't in any of the content or videos we saw when we bought it. He now is changing it again and taking away 35 seats.He is claiming he meant it to evolve all along and in our online community he has posted the video he made AFTER he sold it to us which has the slide where he says it evolves.He has blocked all the old videos and won't post the content we saw when we purchased it. A fellow Pioneer downloaded the videos showing what we bought, so we can all see them, but he refuses to let the whole community see them. He is claiming that his video months later proves he meant it to always be evolving.
