On 8/11/23, on or around 8pm, I called the ********* from my house phone. It was my third time calling the *********. The automated system instructed me to complete a survey, which I did. After this, I called the ********* again several times, but, every time I did, I was directed to complete the survey, which I did not do. There was no option to contact the *********. Later I called the ********* from my cell phone and got connected with a phone counselor. I told him about this incident and I was shocked when he told me that I was banned from calling the ********* for abusing the services but did not give specific examples. I was not aware of having abused the ********* services and it was not my intention to do so. Then I filled out a form on the following link: ************************************************************************************************************************************ to file a grievance. I did not get a response within 5 days. On 9/24/23 I sent an e-mail to a staff member from the ********* website. She replied 2 days later by e-mail where she told me that the agency is upholding the ban because boundaries were not respected but did not provide any specific examples. I had first called on 8/10/23 at around 8pm. The following day I called at around 8am and 2pm. During these 2 times, I no longer heard a dial tone and hung up because I thought that maybe the phone counselors were having phone problems or I was having phone problems. I told the phone counselors about these things. The phone counselor at 8am considered that one call. The phone counselor at 2pm considered this my second call. Before I got banned, no supervisor contacted me to express his or her concerns about the things I talked about with the phone counselors.
