We hired Larros moving services for moving a few furniture pieces from our storage unit to our house on 3/12/22. They charged us $556.60 + ****** for a local move in Hayward. They broke the glass on our curio and scratched our couches. We would like for them to at least refund, pay for or have our glass repaired on our large curio cabinet that they damaged. They said insurance would take care of everything and they fraudulently gave us a federal booklet to call (page 9 specifically) stating that is is their insurance companys information booklet. We also disputed the change with our credit card company but they said they have no jurisdiction over this type of fraud and we should contact you! Please help- fraudulent businesses should be closed down until they can actually provide the services and insurance faithfully . Thank YouBusiness response

we did told him about our rules and about the piece being broken already and in order to do it properly we need to dismantlable to move it he did not wanted to do that and instead pressure us to move as is. so unfortunately we cant be responsible as we did tell him about the riskCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because the large curio cabinet is a single piece unit that cannot be dismantled! The shelves were already removed before it was stored at the storage unit. This shows how How much Larros Moving Services lies! They gave us a consumer booklet saying this is our insurance . Go to page 9 and fill out the claim. Dont worry, We will get the glass fixed. See picsafter loading, wrapping and tying it on the truck, they dropped a furniture dolly on it while loading in other furniture items - that caused the lower right pane of the right door to shatter. Where is the insurance? Cover it and get it fixed - the invoice has been sent multiple times for the repair. Refund us that amount so we can get it fixed.

you are making numbers up with no research of what the real cost is. also we did not do this damage since you did not let us do our job properly since you were steeping on our toes and hurry us up to finish quickly.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The invoice from the glass company is attached - see "numbers" from the glass company for repairs. The movers were stalling and not working quickly at all. The cabinet was wrapped and secured on the truck. It was damaged after it was secured on the truck.?
