Be very mindful of this company before you sign up for any of their courses, make sure you speak to students. The course is over priced and out dated, they will promise you money back guarantee if you dont secure a job, thats a total lie, no one has been able to get their money back and if you want to discontinue the course after you have paid, that will be ************** can get better courses with better programs with way less than what they charge.Beware!

I enrolled in the Data Analysis Career Track and was promised support and guidance. Instead, I got 'mentors' who regularly missed meetings or rushed me off of calls, a slack channel where answers are dispensed instead of guidance, and a curriculum made up of ******* videos and subscriptions to Linkedin Learning and DataCamp. Very little original content and not at all what I was promised. For the price tag I would consider this a scam.

I reached out with the intent of signing up with a full tuition scholarship based on me recently losing my job and having been the victim of mental abuse and harassment. I told them I had no income at my disposal and that I wanted to have this as an option. They went through the whole phone call leading me to believe it was available when it turned out that it wasn't and all funds had allegedly been allocated which is funny since the full scholarships are supposedly given out based on very selectively. And if that is the case then there would still be funds in the last quarter of 202 if they were being fair and non biased. The tuition is already so high and while I qualified for an inclusion scholarship, once I factored in the additional amount needed to do a full payment plan instead of paying all at once, it barely makes a dent. I have decided to leave this review for misleading information and what I would like to call leading me on with the intent of not at least providing an opportunity to sign up for the full tuition scholarship. I wasted about 2 hours of my time when I could have been using that for doing something else to help me out of this situation. I would have preferred they just not even have it listed on their website if they are going pull this kind of maneuver on unsuspecting students. That being said, I will be looking at other options of funding my education or potentially doing something different as my income will not allow for any of their options at this time since some of the options are supposedly only available if you have other requirements met which I was not told about either. This has left nothing less than a complete bitter taste in my mouth and I knew that I could not keep this to myself since other people deserve to hear this information to make up their mind if they want to apply or not based on information that is on the website.

Initially, when I inquired about Springboard's Data Science Career track, I was quoted $***** for tuition. Of course, they offer various financing options. 1) Pay upfront ***** 2) Month-to-month ****** (1890/month)3) Deferred Tuition - Pay 450/month x 6 months after graduation (total 16,000)4) Financing through Climb or Ascent I've decided to went with the 4th option. My plan was to finance for the amount of ***** with Ascent and pay $900 myself upfront. However, when they send over my Enrollment Agreement. My tuition, in fact, was ******. I contacted the enrollment officer to inquire about the difference. She simply told me the reason was that I financed my tuition. I explained to her that Ascent will disburse the $9000 plus my $900 when class starts. How is that different than paying upfront?My financial obligation is with Ascent, and Springboard would've paid in full when class started. The enrollment officer couldn't provide an explanation for why the increase. I would need to actually finance ****** + interest ~ 17,000.Beware: If you're going to finance your tuition, don't let Springboard know. Otherwise, they'll charge you an additional ***** for whatever reason.
