Bought a bundle from them, which stated that it would be instant delivery and guaranteed to have a selection of games that should be higher than $60 USD. When I bought the bundle, not only was it on hold, I had to wait a full TWO F****** DAYS for it to be approved. Once it was approved, I checked the bundle to only find out that they scammed me. I was supposed to get games that were a higher price than their minimum amount ($20), I only got games that were $5. The whole bundle in whole came out to be $10, $50 less than their promised amount. This is blatant false advertisement and because they scammed me out of my hard-earned money; this is also theft. I have receipts to prove it.PS. to whoever is viewing this; this is clearly theft. If you don't see this as theft, then I will take that as a sign that theft has become legal. You think ************* is bad? Just wait until it spreads to the rest of the **** because no actions are getting taken against those that do steal, like Fandom/Fanatical.Initial Complaint

Game Spot sold me an invalid product key for the purchase of **************** Professional 2021 for Windows. When I tried to redeem my code, the code says it was already claimed by someone else. My order number is ******** for the amount of $39.30 and ******** for the amount of $78.42. The company owes me a refund for the amount of $117.72.Customer response
