On 9-19-24 I ordered pizza and soda from ******** but they did not bring soda. once I called they claimed they already refunded. but that was a lie. I called again, they refused to provide any info, e.g. store manager's name, etc. and hung up on.The pizza was not even cooked.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on Saturday at Domino's that took two hours to arrive, the food was called, and the order was missing items. Their company policy is a satisfaction guarantee or they promise to make it right or provide a refund. I have called the business multiple times over the last week to seek resolution and they either don't pick up the phone at all or pick up and immediately hang up the phone. I went to the business in-person and the worker said she had no authority to give refunds. I called the corporate customer service line who only re-directed me back to the store. This business is making false claims of satisfaction guarantees and then refusing customers a refund when they are not satisfied. I copy of my order is attached. I have also uploaded a copy of a screenshot from their website, showing the guarantee of satisfaction.Initial Complaint

This is the third time that ******'s have cheated me by not giving me the correct number of toppings on my pizza. Every time I gave feedback to Domino's on the website, I get no response. When I called the store, nobody spoke English. MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN WRONG!!!! I need to you compensate me for the errors you made.
