All incidents occurred 7-20-23 to present -Lived in an apartment without electricity for 2 days. -Lost all groceries due to no electricity to fridge -Lost appliances due to breaker sparking -Lived in space over 100 degrees no power for AC -Offered no compensation for move -Attempted to charge me pet rent when ALL *** docs were providedInitial Complaint

The building property, ************, has been having ongoing unaddressed water maintenance issues. Every other week the water heater in Building A has a water leak or needs to be fixed. Today I experienced no hot water being delivered to my apartment all day. I called at 6am to notify them. I called again at 10 and notified them. At 11:40 an email went out to the complex stating Building A had another water issue and they are aware there is no hot water. They stated they contacted a vendor to fix it. At 3:40 I contacted the manager *** and he stated it was still being worked on. At 5:30 the office closed and the hot water was not restored. I called maintenance again at 9:10pm and informed issue never fixed and they stated they will put in another order. I am fed up with these minimal work patch fixes. Clearly the issues are not being addressed and the water issues continue to remain every other week with out hot water. I was unable to go to work today and my child was unable to do to school today because we could not bathe. This is disgusting and it makes me feel dehumanized. I pay my rent two weeks in advance every month and I should not have been to live in these conditions.
