I have taken a few courses from this group. The last course I took, I was told by test shortly before the course started that I would not be able to take the course because I had not completed a welcome call prior. I took them at their word and told them they could refund my money. In speaking with them today they told me that they have a no refund policy. That I should have communicated with them prior to the seminar. I had not heard that it was a requirement to do the welcome call before today. The welcome call I had for the session before the one in question was HORRIBLE. The person I talked to couldn't stay on track, was distracted, and provided to value to me taking the course. So I learned today that even though they told me I could not take the course, they will not refund my money and I can use in the next year. Given how they conduct business, I am no longer interested in taking courses from them. I am requesting my tuition refunded, paid on 4-14-23, in the amount of $175. Because I was not told until a few minutes before the course that it was a requirement, and because Landmark told me I could not attend, I respectfully would like to be refunded.Initial Complaint

January 2020 my fianc and I made a $400 deposit to Landmark for a seminar training. Due to Covid they were unable to comply with their training. After rescheduling 3 different times I requested to have our money refunded. On 10/21/2021 I contacted a "****" from the PA branch. I received no response. I reached out again 10/27/2021 and was advised she will look into it. After 3 days of waiting it was confirmed that the refund process had begun and I will see the money in a week or so. On 12/6/2021 I asked for a confirmation since I had yet seen the money in my account. I received no response. I reached out again on 12/8/2021 and was informed there was a mistake with my CC and they will begin the process. I followed up with **** on 12/17/2021 and again 12/20/2021 requesting the confirmation because once again the money had not been refunded. I still have NOT received a response. This is extremely unprofessional considering the holidays are approaching and this $400 could've helped. I've been more than patient and it seems like the staff at Landmark focus more on their personal affairs than resolving issues. I am requesting that my money be deposited effective immediately to prevent legal issues. I've been patient enough. I have text messages, dated to prove the lack of communication from your staff if needed.
