This is a coffee company, and they offer a subscription service when you get coffee mailed to you monthly, and you get charged monthly. There is no way to make an account, therefore no way to login and cancel your account. I've emailed them to cancel my subscription once before, they sent an email saying it was cancelled last month, and I was just charged again. I cannot login and see my subscription to cancel it. This is almost a scam as clearly not even requesting a cancellation works, and they just keep charging me. I now have to go to my credit card issuer and have them deny the charge. Please put an end to this and force them to make your account information accessible. You do not make an account with the company; you just enter your credit card information without any way possible to check your "account" and previous orders. Sorry that it happened twice, we thought we'd removed you from Bold Subscriptions, a Shopify App. This time I spend time watching all the videos to ensure you are off the subscription. The primary issue is that the company allows you to subscribe to a program to receive coffee monthly. However, after paying, there is no way to cancel your subscription or view your purchases. There are no options anywhere on the website to log into any account, and when you pay for the subscription, you don't even create a username and password and are not prompted to. You are forced to email them and wait for an answer. This is a predatory business practice wherein the company makes it such a hassle to cancel your subscription that you're less likely to go through the motions of emailing them as opposed to just logging in and cancelling your account. This is deplorable and I'm requesting that they add a login feature/account creation to their website so people can log in and view their accounts.
