      I tried to return some keyboards that were no longer working. I was told to take pictures of said keyboards and send copy of receipts. I did all of the requested steps. Its been two months and still haven't received any resolve. Not sure what more I can do. Ticket Number : ********

      BUYER BEWARE:I have been trying to get a repair done on my keyboard which I purchased less than 2 years ago. The delete button doesnt pop back up anymore. I use this keyboard for work so I needed and expected it to be fixed promptly. I submitted my ticket 19 days ago and Ive received 4 or so emails from them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am astonished they care so little about their paying customers. I paid around $500 for the full Aurora collection, including the pink add ons for the pieces. It really makes me upset because they have really cool products, but I will NEVER be purchasing anything from them ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would, and reading through the other reviews, so would other people. Hopefully if you buy something from them, you never have to deal with their warranty or customer service, as both are beyond terrible.

      I bought a set of Astro A10 Xbox gen 2 headphones foe my grandson for his bday..they stopped working after 4 mths ..I tried to file a claim on the website,,got a ticket number took several day and a rude email to get a response. Finally several days later I got a response sent the information for the warranty, I got an email back saying this email web will no longer respond to emails and there no way to refile a warranty or get someone on the phone..its been a night mare trying to get this issue took care of..I will make sure I never purchase anything with this company or any company that is associated with it. ..that was rude ,and down right sorry as it gets to do that to get out of replacing your product . Then to make it impossible to reach them by email, phone , or chat bot, unreal..ppl run from this low life company. They are awful !

      I am deeply disappointed with Logitech's customer service regarding my G604 mouse, which developed issues just months after purchase. Despite initial promises and repeated follow-**** I faced significant delays and never received a tracking or confirmation number, severely impacting my academic work as a graduate student. The lack of responsiveness and resolution, even after multiple attempts to reach out, is a clear reflection of their neglect and inefficiency. My efforts to resolve this through their support channels were consistently met with unfulfilled promises and eventual ghosting, resulting in an utterly unacceptable and frustrating customer experience. This situation has not only disrupted my studies but also significantly eroded my trust in Logitech's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a student, where every ***** counts, I never anticipated facing such issues after investing a premium in their products, expecting quality service. I am highly disappointed.

      I will never buy another Logitech product again! almost 6 months in fighting with these idiots! G923 steering wheel and the shifter. FIrmware update gets run by Logitech, now my shifter does not work! Tried shifter on another G923, works like a charm!Call and ask support for a manager, well someone should get back to you. Again, delay.Lack of any response from their support let alone 2nd level. What a joke! I have been lied to multiple times AND they blame my hardware. It must be a computer vendor problem. Yet I tell them and show them I did the tests on 6 different computers. I guess they ALL must be bad!Definitely playing the clock on this. Buyer beware ****%. Safe your money a little longer and buy some real hardware, not Logitech.

      Absolutely horrendous purchase experience. And return experience. And ***************** Ordered a keyboard which took 3 weeks to arrive (original order was 2 business days shipping but they somehow lost the package and were unable to trace for a while). I sent it back right away since i considered it lost (that is what they told me to do over the phone) and got another keyboard from another online retailer (which i got next day, thank you amazon) It's been a month since they received the return. I didn't get a notification that they had received it, and no notification that anything or any refund was getting processed.A month and still no money back. Anything that you ask them takes them officially 2 weeks to respond. Any additional request is another 4 business days, then another 72hours. Basically they are playing the clock. My experience with them is that they are no better than a local scam company that connives and does everything to give you as little service as possible and drag their feet to do anything.I have started a transaction cancellation through Paypal. I will complain anywhere I can. This is not acceptable in this day and age.My suspicion is that they all use 3rd party vendors for everything so there is no true customer service. Avoid ordering from **********************, buy from normal retailer with proven, solid shipping system and customer service. That will save you time and aggravation!All this for a keyboard, what a waste!

      Spent way more money than should have on a remote- ***************. Then Logitech just decides eh, we dont support this anymore and now I have an overpriced remote that no longer works. Please do NOT spend your money here as they will just up and quit support. Great business model guys. I will no longer purchase any Logitech products.

      Bought a set of astro A50s thinking Hey! $300+ should be an amazing sound experience! It was everything but amazing I have better sound quality from a cheap $40 headset and they only lasted 11 days before the headset stopped updating and would not charge. Cool so dealing with logitech to get them fixed. Thats an experience all to its own! They diagnosed and found headset to be faulty since it failed to update to newest firmware. Then laughed and said it wasnt their problem. So how can you take your consumers money and then not look after your consumer? Thats not how you build a lasting relationship of loyalty thats how you rob people until you are forced to shut your doors.
