      The company my complaint about is Absolut pet (**************************************************************) I purchased the kit to make a mold of my pets paw. I received the kit and followed the instructions that came with it to make the mold. The material that was supposed to create a smooth liquid to put my pets paw into a mold malfunctioned. In less that a minute (instructions say it takes 5+minutes to set) it became chunky and set and I couldnt do anything with it. The website says results guaranteed which I did not get. I reached out to the company on July 9, asking for a replacement or refund, they emailed asking for photos of the product I received, instructions that came with it and the shipping label, I sent them all the information they requested. I didnt hear anything back so followed up on July 12. I didnt hear back again so followed up on July 16, again no response. I tried getting in contact again through the website since I didnt hear back from the emails. I wrote to them on July 18, heard back on the 19 asking for 2-3 business days for them to look into it, again no response. I followed up with another email on July 27, again no response so wrote a final email today and am sending in this complaint. I can forward my order email and the emails Ive sent them if you require them

      I ordered a pet bed on May 13th. I payed $79.99 I ordered a size medium which was supposed to measure 60 - 65 CM. The bed I received is only approximately 54 CM. It should be ***** CM. I have been trying to get this taken care of for at least 3 weeks. I tried contacting them right away. Within a day or two from when I received the bed. I sent them a picture of the measurements which measured 21 inches which is a small bed. They emailed me at least 3 times saying they sent the right size well they are wrong. They did finally respond with wanting to give me 20%off a new order. They want me to keep the wrong size bed and for me to order a knew bed and pay $79.99 again with a measly 20% off. And not letting me return the bed they did send me. I do not want my money back I just want to correct size which I ordered. My order number is AP63385. Please let me know if you can please help me out. Also there is no phone number to be found to be able to talk to someone. ******************************* ************ **************************

      I placed the order and never received the product. I emailed them several times and received one reply with a tracking number that does not exist.

      The company is fake a fraud, upon ordering the said item I was met with a email showing me a Tracking number that was created only. Then after 2 or 3 weeks I emailed asking for a update. I was then sent a complelty different showing number which again had no information on it. Also on your current BBB site there's so many people telling you guys the same thing about this company... !!!?I emailed again about the product and they sent me an email stating it was delivered already.. The photos were created a u can tell when you look at them. They have failed to produce a email ,phone number or a refund of the product. The entire thing is a scam and they are stealing people's money, if you go online to some of the forums they are doing this to thousands of people.

      I ordered a pet bed from an ad on Facebook. I paid for express shipping which said 1-2 days. It has been 6 days. I contacted them the first time because the money was paid thru paypal and I got no confirmation email from This company. They then sent me an email with a fake tracking number on it. I contacted them ahain and they sent me a tracking number totally different from the first one. I cheked it a couple of days later and it still said label created waiti g on package. At this time I sent a request to cancel the order and refund my money as I'm very suspicious atvthis point that it was a bogus advertisement. I received a reply almost identical to the last one saying was now in transit but according to tracking it has not even been picked up and the label is still waiting. They did not even address the refund I requested even though they have failed to meet the terms of my purchase. I would like for them to be investigated as a fraudulent company who is actively fleecing innocent buyers. Thank you.

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/09/16) */ After many emails and broken promises and lies about shipping, they dinally sent the pet bed. I'm still convinced that this company is fraudulently taking people's money and not sending the product unless the customer, like me, demands a refund. The comment section on the facebook post I ordered from is full od complaints. I did get the product finally, but I sure feel sorry for the other people.

      I placed an order with Absolut Pet and they are unresponsive and in particular *****. This appears to be a common problem with the business. 5/3: I placed my order and received the confirmation email. 5/4: I received an email that my order was on its way. 5/6: I received an email regarding a shipping update with a tracking number. The email indicates it is for USPS or FedEx. The number does not work on either site and has no record of it. 5/9: I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order and the tracking number not working. 5/10: ***** responded that my order has been dispatched and rest assure that I will receive my tracking number in a couple business days. 5/12: I sent another email inquiring about my order. 5/14: ***** once more indicated that she forwarded my inquiry to the right department and I will hear back in two to three business days. 5/18: I sent another email and I have not yet heard back once more.
