On 9/29 2024 I walked in business to order a medium combination Pizza and 12 piece wings, I told the employee I needed the pizza lightly cooked not burned on the bottom crust, after he received my order and I paid, he went into the back area and I heard him tell the employee to lightly cook pizza. This is my first time at this business. The mountain mikes I always go to was closed & pizza is lightly cooked as requested . After waiting 52min. I saw him set it on the counter never saying my pizza is ready.when picking ***** piece the crust was dark brown &unable to bite through crust.i called to tell the problem and was hung up on. Tried to call back 4 times it wouldnt go through then called from my wifes phone and it picked right up. I said I want my money back for the pizza I will be right in, they told me they could not do it right then I would have to wait I said I want it on my card right now, you have your pizza back I want my money so they called up the manager so they said& I would have it back on my card within 24 hours! I knew that was another lie because I didn't have me put my card back in the machine I said I want a receipt so they made a duplicate, so after 47hours I called them back and they told me no they cannot give me the money back! I told them I want my $42 back or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau the guy was talking to on the phone hung up on me again so that is why I am getting hold of you guys. I know I am right so I'm sure you guys can get this resolved real quick. Thank you **** ******** ************
