Emailed company for a price on a CHIP I mean chip on my new quartz! they literally messaged me stating for my AREA it would cost me over 600 dollars for a CHIP! I said why would you charge me over 600 for a chip she said we go according to area? what?????? you charge people the same because of an area no matter what the job is? isnt this unethical - her words- Thank you for sending this in. We can certainly repair the chip, however this would fall under our minimum fee. We have a minimum amount that we charge all customers depending on where they live in relation to the technician doing the repair. Most of our repairs are quite larger so they dont fall under the minimum fee and end up costing more ***** ************ . I have attached the chip. How can a company charge someone no matter what the job is one set price - this is very unfair to the customer and almost seems like they are robbers. Can you help?
