Late last year a family member was diagnosed with Dementia and unable to live on her own. We were overwhelmed with how to move forward with all that needed to be done. We were put in touch with Tailored Transitions. ***************************** and his team were a Godsend. More than just a ******************** they stepped in and packed, sorted, and disposed of the entire household. We were always kept in the loop, and our wishes always granted concerning the household belongings. Once we found the Assisted Living facility, they moved and set up all belongings in the new place. All this was done without fees, merely for a guarantee to list our loved oness home for sale. Throughout the process we were treated with compassion and respect. I would whole heartedly recommend Tailored Transitions to anyone in a similar situation or any Senior who is just looking to downsize.

Last year our family came to the painful realization that ********* could no longer live on their own, and that we would need to sell their home in order to move them to an assisted living facility closer to family (we all live out of ************). ***************************** and his team at Tailored Transitions were recommended to help us with the process.Three days after the move, my Dad passed away. ***** was an ***************, making it clear that the most important thing to do was to be there for Mom, and to take time to grieve. He assured us that there was no hurry or pressure to get the house on the market, and that Tailored Transitions would be there to help us when we were ready. *********************** was a compassionate listener, and was invaluable in helping us to pack up and clear out the house. ************* always responded quickly to questions and went the extra mile offering to help with things such as handling all of the inspections, watering the yard during an extremely hot spell, keeping an eye on the pool between servicing to make sure the water didn't get too low, being there to meet buyers of items we were selling, and taking care of items we were donating. Their contractor *************************, was ****************** and available immediately to perform the needed repairs and improvements...saving us the hassle and time that searching for our own contractor would have caused. When the house was ready to be placed on the market, *****'s expertise as to timing and price placement was spot on. We ended up with a couple of offers above the asking price, and the sale closed without complications within 30 days.Our entire family is so grateful for the empathy, help, ***************** that the team at Tailored Transitions offered us during such a difficult time. They are without a doubt the best at what they do, and I highly recommend them.
