      Transaction on my AMEX card on 8/26/2022 was erroneous, a fraud. The company could not be contacted as there is no valid phone number listed anywhere. Consumer be aware!

      ********************************* called on Aug 25th to book a flight ticket for ***** Airlines travelling from *******, ** to *******, ******* travelling on Sep 11 - 16, agent offered multiple options and ****** finally agreed to one, agent advised the total charge for the round trip as $2446.87USD out of which the first charge was for $2045.67USD and the second charge was for $401.20USD, he agreed to book the flights so agent sent an email for him to view and authorise the transaction, ****** checked everything and digitally signed the authorisation, (auth is attached which also has his IP address where he signed), after the card holder approved the transaction agent booked the reservation and the card was charged. Agent sent all the details related to his booking on the email, later on customer took the flight and after taking the flight he filed a chargeback, agent tried reaching out to him but there was no response, we immediately refunded $401.20USD just to ensure that the customer doesn't get a run around, however, still a BBB complaint was filed, we are trying to reach out to him to understand where things went wrong and what can we do to rectify that, we have attached the auth docs.

      December 18, 2021, I purchased an Allegiant ticket for $309 charging it to my credit card. I cancelled the ticket with in 24 hours with Vacaflights.. I contacted my credit card company to cancel the purchase. The visa card did cancel the purchase. January 28, 2022, my Visa credit card paid Vacaflights $309, stating there was no fraud. Vacaflights stated I would have a credit voucher. September 21, 2022, I contacted Vacaflights to inquire about my credit voucher and they stated that my Visa did not send them the $309. My Visa statement indicated they did send the $309. My credit card company and Vacaflights refuses to help. me

      VACAFLIGHTS sold me a plane ticket on ****** Airlines ********************************* for $330.00 on May 21, 2022. I never received the plane ticket.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/30) */ **************** called on May 21st to change his flight that he was travelling on with ****** Airlines and All ****** Airways under confirmation number *********************, the flight was to be changed to May 22 departure and Jun 1st return travelling ********************************. Agent advised that the new flight will cost an additional $330.00USD to make the changes, ***** agreed so the agent took authorisation and made the necessary changes, all updates were sent to customer's email, if there was a problem at the airport due to flight delays or cancellation then may be there is a possibility that ***** would have faced inconvenience, however, we have already refunded the amount that was charged to him because for us customer satisfaction is a priority everytime and always, we have attached the screenshot of the same as well. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/10/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have not received the refund. The merchant has my address and my credit card number. The merchant can refund the credit card that was used for the original transaction. Nothing has been done by the merchant. The provided screenshot is meaningless. Resolution is needed.

      ***************** flying ********************************** I contacted, Vaca Flight thinking they were an agent for **************. I told the person (*******) where we were going and when. I told him I wanted to use my *****************. This was on or about 8/19/2022. He said, ok and told me he had booked the flight and that I would be charged $353.56. He said the charges were fees, and charges for the tickets. I was surprised at the cost, since I was using miles and cash. I did not question, as I should have, and gave him my card number. I contacted ***** and was told the charge should have been $22.40. I have since contacted the Company and still do not have a response. I have also contacted my Card Co.

We have also attached the information about his payment which is already cancelled and the money has been refunded to his account.

      ON 3/23 I MADE AN ONLINE PURCHASE OF 5 AIRLINE TICKETS WITH VACAFLIGHTS. THE CHARGE WAS $******* I WAS GIVEN A FLIGHT CONFIRMATION WHICH APPEARED ON THE ALLEGIANT WEBSITE YESTERDAY, I BOOKED ADDITIONAL FLIGHTS FOR MORE FAMILY MEMBERS AND THE PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED TICKETS WERE NO LONGER VISIBLE AND HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. I HAVE CALLED REPEATEDLY AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE IS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM. I BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT THIS BUSINESS AND WOULD LIKE SOME HELP IN PROSECUTING.

The customer booked with one of our clients, Flight Solutions LLC, which is no more our client as we have received multiple complaints about them, they are the ones who did this to her, and she then understood Vacaflights is not at fault; however, Flight Solutions LLC is. She doesn't know how to correct this with BBB, but if someone from BBB calls her, she will let them know it's Flight solutions and clear Vacaflights Name. Also, customer had disputed the charges and has recieved the funds back. If something is missed on our end, we are still willing to help to resolve the issue. Please have them contact me directly. I did receive the explanation above, however as I mentioned before, I am still super skeptical about the manner VacaFlights does business. I would NEVER do business with them again, because when you do, you are taking a risk of not getting your airline tickets and facing a lot of frustration. I didn't lose any money, because I called my credit card company and disputed the charge, this company did not refund my money. I consider this case closed, at least for me, but buyer beware.
