I had order starlink About 2 months .It was working great and all of a sudden it went offline. I called the starlink customer service number that I found online. From there they gave me the Starlink number for *************. I called the number a few times and everytime it was like starting over and asking for my credit card number so that they send a tech out. When nobody came out I contacted them again and asked to talk to a supervisor. They put a gentleman named ***** on the line. I again gave him my credit card number. The next day I received a phone call from my credit card company letting me know that someone is trying to charge a vacation and other things on my card. I told them that it isn't me so they cancelled the card. I when on the app and again explained the problem and was informed that there is no direct number to Starlink and the number that I was calling is a know scam. As my equipment was under warrantee I asked for a replacement starlink system. I let them know that I would be contacting the Better business and that I will be contacting the police about the scam. They closed my complaint and have not responded to me sinceInitial Complaint

I cancelled my SpaceX Starlink service. Starlink is a ******** of ******* I did not receive the refund for cancelling my service. Starlink does not have any customer service and has NOT returned my refund. Starlink made a note on my account that a refund occurred to a credit card but I do not have that credit card any longer. I did call the credit card company and they looked up my old account and stated no refund has been posted on that account.I would like to file a complaint about SpaceX Starlink not returning deposits.
