Hello I have previously ordered photographic prints five times from The Movie Store. These shipments were well packaged and delivered to my home in *********.However, my sixth order in July 2022 did not turn up. I was grudgingly given a refund.I ordered for a seventh time on December 31, 2022. The order was #****** and the goods totaled $USD *****. Again the order has not been delivered, as the tracking shows UM625029664US or ************************************************** Inquiries with the ********** *********** revealed that the package had been incorrectly addressed and returned to sender. Upon informing the Movie Store of its mistake, I have been met with repeated silence so I feel I have no option but to file a complaint with you.I have attached the receipt as a word doc, although I can forward the order confirmation emails from Movie Store if you wish.I hope you can help.****,****Initial Complaint

On 26 November I placed an order (Order #******) for posters and paid ***** USD. The website states orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. I have logged into my movie store.com account and the order status shows as awaiting fulfilment. I have sent numerous emails in the past 2 weeks to request an update but movistore have not responded. Please can you help?
