I purchased a differential cover online from them. I placed the order Saturday morning and only received the normal email reply saying they would update me when it shipped. I found the same part locally that same day and cancelled my order that same afternoon. Tuesday morning I received an email notification with tracking information. It showed up an hour later, 3 days after I cancelled my order. When I contacted them to ask why it was sent after I requested the order cancelled on Saturday, I was told I would need to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. I got them to remove the restocking fee but they still are making me pay shipping. I feel it is not my problem they didn't check their email until Monday and I shouldn't be penalized for their lack of internal communication.Initial Complaint

I ordered wheel spacers and ordered the wrong ones the spacer were never installed and the company saidd the were damaged when i returned them thwy were returnes in thw same shape i recieved them in as i did not remove them from the box
