****** was hired in February 2023 to complete a job that should have taken no more than a month. Its now going on about 4 months. My housing with home insurance maxed out and now I have to stay on a friends couch. He has been so unprofessional and I believe the workers he hires do not have licenses, the workers do not speak any English. I have had one issue after another because of his negligence and his workers negligence and he keeps asking for more and more money. I am a first time home owner and I dont even know who I can talk to or where I can report this to. I looked him up on Yelp after the fact and there are many people who have and are going through what I am. A couple have even said they took him to courtBusiness response

hired may 30/2023 to restore a flooded condo. involved the *** and insurance company,
04/01/ 2023 started the flood repair without insurance approval.
04/20/2023The insurance company finally sent out their contractor to perform an estimate ,sent out unlicensed contactor to review the damages.
04/ 23/ 2023 requested a license plumber to review the plumbing issues of the condo.
( may 10, 2023) they sent out a third contractor who did increase the amount of money to make the necessary repairs.
may 31 , the insurance company denied the additional plumbing work required, therefore it was a huge financial burden on the customer. She was to pay for this out of pocket this huge plumbing repair. I decided to step in and get the *** to pay for the plumbing repairs , I was successful, the *** plumber started on or about June 2 , he stated needed only 2 days to make the repairs. , they required 10 days to make all the necessary repairs, they created extensive damage to the drywall in the bathroom. for which her insurance company didn't pay,
. Again I stepped in to help and did the drywall repair for free. ( knowing that ******* didn't have extra funds to pay out of pocket. During this time, the flooring in the whole condo had issues with not being flat/ level, we went back to the insurance company to get this defect covered, it was denied, we went back to the insurance company to review the policy and requested for a supervisor to review,
June 10 , after we were allowed to start work again from the plumber , we were able to install a new tub/surround, repair all drywall in bathroom, paint, and install the existing kitchen cabinets , install new flooring and baseboards, paint the whole unit all by June 20.
On June 15, we installed the flooring on a defective concrete floor, ******* didn't have funds to pay for the floor to be properly installed.
As of June 20/ 2023 we completed the job, received a $10,000 payment with a small balance owing.
