On Dec. 20 or 21 I ordered - Two Ready to Drink Cocktail Sets by ********. I received an e-mail from them stating that they received my order and would be shipping it within 2 o3 days. On Dec. 23 they charged my credit card $ *****. I have never received the cocktail sets. I sent them three e-mails asking for the product or my money back. They have neglected/refused to respond. I could not find a phone number for them.I checked with my credit card company, and they said Twin Oaks was paid on Dec. 23.I checked with *** they said they never received a package or anything from Twin Oaks.
