I'm A Resident here at 15th and Commercial ************** have proof and evidence that my landlord has committed "property/premises liability" due Moving me into and apartment that was full of bedbugs living on my mattress Cover! I have been living here as of September 2019 and from the time I moved in I have notice thing that would violate the health code including my rights a disabled resident. Months after I moved in My Water Pressure has been very low when flushing the "toilet" or "taking a shower" and still to this day my "garbage disposal" hasn't worked since I moved in! I'm still very concerned as too why my wall outlets stopped working and they never come repair none of the issues above after receiving several"Maintenance Request" In my lease states "Pest Control" is supposed too visit my apartment so often I think monthly or quarterly basis, I have only seen them about once since the three years I lived here. DATE: June 04 2023: I went too bed thinking I got rid of all the bedbugs that has been living in my apartment since I moved in September 2023. Unfortunately week after week I have been getting biting and ate up by baby and adult bedbugs. WHERE: I have started finding them in my bed thinking I just got a few "roaches" in my sheets! I immediately washed all my sheets and replaced my comforter because it was full of "bedbugs" And even throw away some of my "Clothes" My "Pillow Cases" I bought several of them! And years later I still finding the same problem. "Bedbugs" still ending up biting me when I'm listening to music by my computer or when I'm on the Trolley or "MTS Buses" I would finding ' "bedbugs" that travel with me in my shirt, hoodies, socks and would flick them on the ground or squaws them with my bare hand and sometimes my skin starts bleeding after itching repeatedly in the same spot also cause "unhealthy paling & severe dry skin disorder" WHEN: This happened when I first moved into my apartment September, 2019Initial Complaint

Hyder was hired by the owners of my building in the fall of 2021 to be the *** This was during the ***** pandemic. This building is what HUD and the County of Santa ***** call Permanent Supportive Housing. It is a Homekey Project, which is state funding to house previously homeless individuals. There is a compony hired to provide services such as employment training, income applications such as social security and such, Mental Health, and case work. They do not but that is a different letter. Hyder was to provide property management with a manager and maintenance person who lived on site. They were furnished a two bedroom apartment as part of their employment. The maintenance person was highly inappropriate with several women in the building up to sexually explicit comments being made to him being caught sneaking into several women's units and doing disgusting things. Despite several written complaints this person was not fired until a police report and protective order request was filed by a woman he continually harassed. The onsite manager was never in his office. After them being fired in early 2023 residents found out that none of their reasonable accommodation request were not processed, no grievances were filed, no maintenance requests were met. Residents were told to call vendors the compony dealt with such as plumbers themselves but these businesses would not reply because their invoices were never paid by Hyder. We have been told that Hyder is now under investigation for PPP Loan fraud. I guess they applied for everyone in the building not paying their rent, despite HUD paying all but 30% of the residents income on a 2300$ a month rent. They apparently did this without the tenants knowledge. And regardless if they were paying their portion of the rent or not. They charged tenants late fees they should not have during *****. The regional manager was a rude unprofessional person who also did nothing about complaints. I could go on and on but out of room.Initial Complaint

I live in ************* City-owned affordable senior housing. The Hyder Property manager, *************************, has committed elder abuse with me. It's a personal issue for her. I have done nothing wrong. Our apartment complex has been a hostile living environment since she began her management position in March 2019. Several bullies on the property have emotionally abused me; I've been victimized. ***** let a couple of sociopaths move in next door to me, without checking the Landlord Verification at their former housing. These sociopaths had a stack of complaints but no one could prove abuse. Once these sociopaths moved in, they abused me along with 10 other women and a 6-year-old grandson of a resident. They were obsessed and driven to hurt people, and took pleasure in it. I was their main victim and suffered daily from their abusive insults and behavior. *****, the property manager, is angry with me because I uncovered the fact that she did not check their background. Now, *****, after writing me up many times with baseless accusation of harassment, is evicting me. However, I don't know how because what she is doing is illegal. I believe this situation ought to be investigated. Something is seriously wrong with the manager, besides being too young and untrained for this position. My case is extremely well documented. I went to Superior Court 3 times to petition restraining orders on the sociopaths. The judge let me know this restraint from an authority figure could result in retaliation as serious as murder. I love my home. However, the manager is abusing me. Everyone who lives in our housing agrees.
