      In late March 2024, I purchased a ********* cover from stealth club covers. When I received the cover via **** ground advantage dated April 8, 2024, I realized I had ordered the incorrect style of club cover. I went to the stealth club covers website and found the following return policy:100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.Our goal is to do whatever it takes to make you happy so you become a loyal Stealth customer. At ******* we give quick and easy customer service with the only question asked is How can we help you?If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item for prompt refund or exchange. On-line returns are credited in full including original postage charges, so the same dollar amount of the original purchase will be refunded.For instant response: e-mail your request for a prepaid return envelope.Please remember to provide name, mailing address or invoice number in the email. E-mail correspondence is the quickest way to contact us. We will acknowledge your email within 24 hours or less.Email: ******************************* Call: ************ Return calls will be done Mon-Fri during the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. I sent an email on April 17, 2024 explaining that I had inadvertently selected the wrong style of club cover, and was hoping to exchange for the correct product. Since I did not receive an email response within 24 hours as per their policy, I called the phone number and left a message, explaining my circumstance with no response.I sent a second email on April 25, 2024 explaining that according to their website I was hoping that they would be able to exchange. ********* covers as requested in my first email. Again no response within 24 hours for website return policy. I called again several days later and left a message with no response.On May 6, 2024 I sent my final email requesting an exchange of the head cover for the correct one. Again no response. I called one more time
