I purchased what I thought was a diversity certification for my business. I was instead forced into a subscription. When I went on the site to cancel the subscription, and get a refund. There was no way to cancel the subscription. There are direction on how to do it but there are not any options that match the directions. I also never received a receipt for what I paid. I want my money back and to cancel this subscription.Business response

I have left messages with no response back from ***************************. Today I will be sending her an email message asking that she contact me over the phone so that the situation can be immediately resolved.
SupplierGateway does offer a monthly subscription for suppliers at the monthly rate of $25.00 and we also offer Enhanced Digital Certification (EDC) that is a one-time fee of $25.00.
I can show the charge pertains to the one time application fee for the Enhanced Digital Certification, not the monthly subscription. I would like to go over this with ******** over the phone, if possible.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I have spoken with the rep, she was very helpful and responsive providing me with the receipt that I requested and the documentation of a one time purchase. Thank you.
